From beginning to end was continuously impressed by the incredible professionalism and top-tier customer service received throughout the weekend. Best customer service I have experienced to date. The property is stunning and every aspect of the stay has been curating to ensure a relaxing, fun and restful stay. Everyone is treated with the utmost kindness and respect - the onsite team is 100% focused on doing whatever they can for guests to have a seamless experience.

Excellent resort with so many offerings. You don't need to leave the place to have a very relaxing experience. The staff are incredible and seem to know you and your likes even before you arrive. It feels like the entire staff is looking out for you and working to make your stay enjoyable. Every detail is covered and double checked. Awesome stay!

Everything about this visit was amazing. The facilities are great and the staff and servers are the best trained and most consistent we have seen anywhere in the world. From check in to check out, and all the experiences we had, it was a great stay and one we won't soon forget.

This hotel is beautiful. It was just what we needed to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly. The room was beautifully done. Every detail was thought of. we just sat in bed and stared out the balcony taking in the beautiful views of nature. The spa facilities were fantastic. The warm pool was great and the outdoor hot tub being that it was outdoors made it even more wonderful, they even provide you bone broth in the spa, which was a very nice touch. The massages were great as well. Loved the grand entrance upon arrival with the beautiful fire pit. The Valet and doorman are fantastic. Once you arrive you don’t have to lift a finger. Everything is taken care of for you. All the little details from the welcome drink to the departure gift to the hotel cars taking you to your rooms, Everything about this property was amazing. Cannot wait to return again. The restaurant was also fantastic. We had breakfast lunch and dinner there and every meal was great.

It was an amazing experience with top-of-the-line service. From the arrival to the bell hops seamlessly transferring our luggage and having it waiting in our room, it was fantastic. The rooms are spectacular and a perfect area to sit back and relax. I look forward to coming again.

This property is phenomenal but I would hands down have to say the staff is by far what makes this place spectacular. Mallory at the front desk was amazing and continuously provided us with momentos to make our stay special. Steven at the front desk provided us with a line up of amazing activities even for after leaving the property on our trip home. Tony at the spa is a gem and a welcoming soul. She made sure our relaxation on this trip was top tier. Thomas at the car drop off, helped us schedule some times to ride around in the latest Mercedes G-Wagons and test drive other models. This was our second time and definitely not our last.

Wildflower Farms is an amazing resort. It has a beautiful spa, their restaurant Clay has great food & service, and the Catskill Mountain scenery is incredible. Their attention to detail is truly something special. Would book again (and we're planning to) in a heartbeat. The full package.

Wonderful two-night stay for my mother's 70th. The property is beautiful and worth staying at, even in snowy and slushy weather. The staff went above and beyond to be attentive without compromising comfort or privacy. Our birthday dinner at Clay was fabulous. Interesting and inventive menu and knowledgeable and friendly staff. We also did the botanical mixology class on property, which was so much fun and great for a multi-generation group. We will be returning!
