Nice hotel and excellent location to visit various attractions in the area (such as the Hoge Veluwe, Sand Sculptures in Garderen, Apelheul). Friendly and helpful staff.

A fantastic reunion with 96 family members (3-96 years) from home and abroad. Beautiful space that we were able to decorate festively with good agreements. Delicious food and hospitable staff. The small children enjoyed the pool. Most of our family stayed overnight. We had a great party; our American relatives were impressed! Many thanks to all the staff, it was great!

Great hotel in a beautiful and quiet location. Room is basic, clean and functional. E.e.a. is somewhat dated. Service in the grand cafe is extremely friendly and at a high level. The lady at the reception could take another example of this. A reservation is accepted with a fake smile and some disinterest. On a beautiful summer Saturday in June, the terrace is closed for dinner. So you cannot dine outside. Very strange and simply not done.. When I asked if I could expand my dinner reservation from 4 to 6 guests, I quote: 'oh no, that's really not possible'. I don't know how the staff are trained, but it is obvious that things are not going well. Too bad, here is another Westcord location that the broom has to go through. Such a shame, because price/quality and location are really good. So this is also the reason to come back. But business bookings, no, that would be unwise.

We stayed in this hotel from August 11-14, 2022 on a half-board basis and, in addition to the good breakfast, we received a delicious three-course surprise menu in the evening with a very tasty dessert to end. Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the middle of the bungalow park 'Bospark Garderen'. Because the hotel is surrounded by 48 bungalows (of 4, 6, 8 and 14 person bungalows) that also eagerly use the swimming pool, breakfast, reception, bar, ...... it is very nice on beautiful summer days. Busy. Unfortunately this is not mentioned anywhere on the hotel website.

The fifth star is missing! This is missing due to a musty smell in the bathroom, which really should not have been allowed for a hotel like this, and the limited breakfast. Then why 4 stars!
