30年近く利用してきましたが、コロナ以降、フロントのサービスが非常に悪くなりました。コロナ収束した現在でもフロントは朝7時_夕方5時まで。今日は5時前にいなくなっていました。かつては和食の朝食がついていましたがそれも現在では味気ないトースト2枚とバナナ＋インスタントコーヒーだけ フロントで作っています。それを受け取って部屋かロビーで食べます コインランドリーは23時までとなっていますが、先程行ったら21時ころ鍵が閉まっていました 管理者に電話をしたら17時で鍵を閉めるとのこと はあ？じゃあなんで23時まで使えると書いてあるのか 結局朝7時からしか使えなくて、それだと明日の出発に間に合わない 客のことよりも、自分の便利さだけを考える酷い管理人（韓国人女性 日本語は通汁が日本流のおもてなしはもはや期待できない）です ハウスキーピングも15時までと書いていながら14時過ぎたらもう締め切り 昔のような感じの良いフロントの方は日本人女性のときだけです ここの良さは、きれいな庭と完璧なハウスキーピング 掃除はしっかりシーツ交換も毎日してくれます
