Well what more can I say other than other than if you love a slice of Italian hospitality with a touch of tradition and charm this is the place for you and get it booked you will not be disappointed. We have just returned from a 10 night stay from this hotel and loved every minute of it and will definately be back to revisit this beautiful area of Italy. It has become a firm favourite of ours. The hotel itself is in a prime position on the lake front and a few steps away from the town with all the bars, restuarants and shops. The hotel is very traditional but provides all the amenities for a perfect stay. We stayed in a double room which was based at the back of the hotel. Considering the main road was near we had no noise issues with the double glazed window. The room was kept spotless by the maids and was plenty big enough for all personal belongings. I must say it was a wonderful sight to see enough coat hangers in the wardrobe to allow you to unpack for your stay. This is a real bugbear of mine when travelling not being able to unpack sufficiently for the duration of your stay. All the staff we encountered were polite friendly and professional and very helpful and most of all appeared happy in their jobs. The breakfast was wide and varied with both hot and cold options. Some hot options were cooked fresh to order from the kitchen. The breads and pastries were wide and varied due to the attached patisserie and tasted divine if they are to your personal taste. We didn't sample the evening meal menu as are not fans of a la carte dining but are aware that it was an award winning experience. The bus station is across the road and the the ferry ticket office is a 5 minute walk away so transport options are not an issue for exploring this beautiful area. We had a fabulous holiday and look forward to returning to this beautiful part of Italy. I can certainly see the reasons why other reviewers have returned to this hotel time and time again and we will definately be joining them.

This is a lovely hotel and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The decor and furnishings are very eclectic but this added to the general ambience. Lovely pool, albeit a little cold as it was September. Great pool bar and outside facilities. We opted for bed and breakfast as we enjoy trying different places to eat whilst on holiday. But we did eat in one of the hotel restaurants one night, and the food was lovely. Location is fantastic and within a 5 minute walk, you are in the town centre of Garda. Ferries for visiting other lakeside towns are a 15 minute walk away. Just two minor grumbles however. Firstly, maybe it was the room we were in (212) but we were aware of every shower and toilet flush from all the nearby rooms and were constantly hearing plumbing water running down pipes. Secondly, we have never been charged for drinking water before, anywhere! We stayed at a well known hotel in Dubai last year where drinking water was complimentary. On our last night we were not given any water at all. We're both in our 60's and take medication at night, so this caused an inconvenience which was unnecessary. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful location a 100mtrs from the lake, brilliant staff ( Prescilla was exceptional) , Great choice of food, and best wine list I've seen in years. A spa to die for, free city bikes available. Definitely return again. Only pointer is be prepared to pay a little extra for a room with a balcony

We spent four nights in September at the hotel and we loved it! The description here on TripAdvisor and their website were accurate. The weather in September had drastically shifted from what it was all August, so we only got a brief stint to lay out at the pool but it was great if you are there during the warm months. The pool isn’t heated to normal hotel standards in the states so unless its 25 degrees or more outside, its probably going to the cool. The location is walkable to everything in town. The underground pool and steam rooms were great. We also used their spa for a couple massage package. I enjoyed it, the wife said it was more Swedish over a deep tissue massage. My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and coming from California, it appeared that we were the only Americans staying on the property and youngest by about 20 years. Looks like of folks from the UK really enjoy spending their holiday here, and after seeing flights for less than $100 r/t I understood why. That being said, it didn’t bother us at all and we really enjoyed the hotel. Breakfast had a huge spread every morning with food. And we went to the American Bar every night got drinks and played cards and other stuff in the game room. Don’t bother with taking the ferry to Sirimione if you are figuring out activities, biggest crazy tourist gelato land. Couldn’t get back on the ferry fast enough, and the queues were significantly long.

This hotel is exceptional in many ways. Quaint individual styling, very friendly staff at all levels, great breakfast experience, tasteful and spacious rooms, curios, pictures and artefacts on landing and walls, sumptuous lounge seating, perfect pool bar, patisserie, so close to shops, supermarket, bus station and lake.

We went here for a special holiday, but we’re not expecting this hotel to be so wonderful. Honestly we were incredibly impressed. The location is spot on. Everything is right by the hotel, the lake itself is just a stones throw away. The decor and surroundings are beautiful with carefully curated antiques as well as unusual exotic plants in the grounds. The breakfast was delicious, with pastries made at the in-house patisserie and a massive selection. We took advantage of the half price meal on the first night. Superb quality. The room we had was a suite. Lovely with a comfortable bed and very spacious. Such attention to detail. The pool was lovely with room for all. The staff were so lovely. Could not fault it and would definitely go again. An amazing experience.

Fabulous gem of a hotel. A return visit (20+ times) it is still our favourite place. Literally ticks all our boxes - beautiful room, comfy, spotless, & quiet. All staff friendly & helpful. Be sure to eat in the hotel, the quality of the food is exceptional. Breakfast has freshly made pastries, fruit, hot cooked dishes. Beautiful public areas, fresh flowers, great cocktails in the bar. Pool is so relaxing, luxurious pool towels & plentiful beds. Downstairs spa has indoor pool, saunas great especially if you get a rainy day. I had a massage which was excellent. Perfectly placed for ferries, bus station - so trips out to other towns & cities a breeze. The lake is across the road. The town a 5 minute walk away. During the summer there’s lots of entertainment in the public areas. Looking forward to a return visit soon.

We absolutely love this hotel. This was our second visit and hopefully will not be our last. We have spoken to people that have been coming for many years and we understand why. It was a treat for us to stay at the Regina Adelaide. The staff are excellent, the food is wonderful and the overall ambiance and level of comfort makes this hotel stand out. We left it a little late booking this year so the room we were in was a little smaller than in 2023 but was perfectly fine in every respect. A BIG THANK YOU to all of the staff at the Regina Adelaide for you absolutely amazing service. 10 out of 10

Superb hotel, wonderful mixture of gentleman’s club and contemporary and it works very well. All the staff are excellent, faultless in everything they do. The breakfast and dining room staff are very welcoming and the food is as excellent as the staff. The breakfasts are really good with a great choice and then there are those chocolate croissants - wow! Reception always helpful and managed to book us a game of golf and the opera in Verona. The pool is also good and although not heated it was a lovely temperature given the heat during the day and never had a problem getting a sun lounger. The hotel is in a great position being in the town and lakeside although the many trees did obstruct the view a little but the 7 day holiday was thoroughly enjoyable and would have liked to stay a bit longer - maybe next year?
