I booked a room at this hotel primarily because of the air conditioning. The AC didn’t work, and I spent three nights in suffocating heat — 29 degrees in the room. I reported the issue, and the next day they brought a fan to my room. When I checked out, all I heard from them was that they were sorry.

This was a pleasant 1 night stay in the center of Garda. There was confusion as to where we had to check in on arrival as it was at another hotel called the 'Astoria' and we were told that by a guy who worked at the cafe below Hotel Alla Torre. We checked in Ok and our room very basic but clean, bathroom has a tiny shower that you can just about squeeze in! Overall the experience in Garda was good and the 1 night in the hotel is passable!

Unfortunately the music from the bistro downstairs in the hotel was unbearable. Always the same techno beat. Fan in the bathroom has bearing damage. Sat tv only three Italian channels camp super breakfast very extensive but without "normal croissants"

Bella posizione, ma esperienza migliorabile La posizione dell'Hotel La Torre è davvero incantevole, nel cuore di Garda e a due passi dal lago. Tuttavia, l’esperienza è stata nel complesso deludente. All’arrivo, l’ingresso si presenta trascurato e poco accogliente. Il check-in si effettua presso l’Hotel Astor, ma le indicazioni sono poco chiare e creano confusione. La stanza era molto pulita (nota davvero positiva!), ma estremamente spartana. Inoltre, mancavano istruzioni su come contattare la reception e non ho visto alcuna via di fuga segnalata, dettaglio importante per la sicurezza. Un vero peccato, perché il posto ha un grande potenziale. Ma per lo stesso prezzo si trovano hotel più curati .

Sehr hellhörig im Haus und schlechte Schalldämmung nach außen. In den Nächten ist es daher bedingt durch die lebhafte Altstadt recht laut. Im 3. Stock wenig Wasserdruck und lauwarmes Wasser. Positiv hervorheben ist die Sauberkeit. Essen war auch ok.
