A pretty disappointing experience overall. The property is very old and very n urgent need of renovation and repairs. Eg. Hot tub outside doesn’t work, ac was out of order, etc. The pictures they use to advertise are not reflective of the current state of the property. The staff are not very friendly and border on rude. We had dinner there and I am pretty sure the dessert was spoiled.

We ate lunch at (outside on the terrace) the Hotel Du Parc twice in the same week. Service was spot on, and they took great care to ensure my meal was gluten free. The meals were perfect, and very suitable for the heatwave. The hotel is an elegant old place with a beautiful front aspect facing the lake from an elevated position. The front garden was well tended with an abundence of pink flowers either side of the main path. We also had morning coffee at the adjacent modern Bistro Du Lac, and that was also very good. It was clear that a lot of money had been spent on the Bistro, it's surrounding terrace and it's roof terrace. Both worth visiting if you are in Garda.

We stayed at the Du Parc during a heatwave with the temperature reaching mid thirties degrees. The hotel is a very large Italian stylish house. It sits on plenty of land, including a very nice pool, a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre. It's quiet, being away from the main town. View from the front of the hotel is across the lake which is wonderful. We had a very large triple room with a large bathroom including a very pleasant shower and separate toilet and bidet. Rooms were stylish and clean. Air conditioning was ok, it kept the room fairly cool, however it was extremely hot so I didn't expect it to keep the room cold. The plug sockets, by the way, are next to the light switches which aren't easy to spot at first especially next to the bed. The hotel restaurant has very good food with that great view across the lake and Garda town. The hotel Staff were very efficient and friendly. The cleaning staff were very good. Breakfast had an array of different options from a buffet and very high quality. Altogether the stay was excellent and would definitely return if I go back to Garda which is highly probable.

Didn't stay here as only found this hotel on our last night but ate here in the evening. The food was absolutely delicious and would definitely recommend that you eat here. Our food was superb. Next time I visit Garda I would love to stay here.

The new 2023 season has begun on Lake Garda and what better start than going to the Du Parc hotel, an enchanting place to admire, comfortably seated on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant, the spectacle offered by the lake that extends all around. The combination of the beauty of the location and the excellent cuisine offered by the hotel restaurant is exceptional, based in particular on courses based on extremely fresh fish expertly cooked by the chef. Waiters ready to satisfy any request, timely and highly professional, put customers at ease. Organization and hospitality are the other strong points of the Du Parc hotel, we will definitely be back!

Structure located in a spectacular position overlooking the bay of Garda. Beautiful swimming pool with lake view and well-kept park. Excellent service at reception as well as at the bistro on the promenade and at the lake view restaurant. Varied menu choice and dishes prepared and served very well. A place to return.
