The welcome was very warm! The nice lady at reception explained everything to us and offered us a welcome drink. We were then taken to our room and given a few useful tips. Since you can choose and put together your breakfast from a very extensive list the day before, you won't miss anything. If you have forgotten or overlooked something, that is no problem. It will be delivered by friendly staff. Our room was clean, big enough and we had a very nice view of the lake. The cleaning was carried out in the morning and was also fine. You can't say anything negative about the pool area either. It is beautifully laid out and invites you to relax. A small snack is also served in the afternoon. Since there were no naughty or shouting children present during our stay, we were able to relax really well. Just great! We then extended it for another night. It would be very nice and desirable if this house were turned into an “adults only” hotel. Then subsequent vacationers could also enjoy their time here. We really enjoyed the days and nights in this hotel and will definitely come back!

We had booked two nights at the Tobago Hotel in Garda and arrived around 5pm on Friday. The receptionist explained some banal things that were actually all clear. What irritated us was that she insisted that we leave our suitcases at the reception. Someone needed the suitcases into the room. We had specified anti-allergic bed linen as a request when booking, this request was not canceled by the hotel and yet the receptionist explained to us upon arrival that there is no anti-allergic bed linen in this hotel. We drove the car all day and relied on the fact that our wish for anti-allergic bed linen would be fulfilled in this Tobago hotel, as is always the case in every hotel. If the hotel had informed us when making our reservation that anti-allergic bed linen was not possible, we would have canceled the room immediately. Strangely enough, the hotel also informed us by email that we should make a reservation for dinner at the hotel in good time. That was okay. First we went to dinner in Garda. We wanted to have a glass of wine in the restaurant and waited 20 minutes. Since no waiter came, I went to the bar. When asked, a waiter came to the table and handed out a drink menu, but then he didn't come back to take the order. After another 20 minutes of waiting, we went to the room and skipped the wine. In the room we noticed that the bed cover was dirty. And we also found a hair on the blanket. We suspect that the duvet was not changed and was simply left as it was by previous guests. This fits with the fact that there were flip-flops in the hotel room that were kept in a wellness bag and where it was obvious that one pair of the two pairs had already been used because they were dirty flip-flops. We have never experienced this anywhere. We will share pictures of this. Now we were completely without bed linen and had to sleep in thick clothes without a blanket. It was cold in the room at night, so we took the duvet, which caused an allergic reaction in my wife, which manifested itself in a cough and a rash. We spent the rest of the night sitting on the bed with our clothes on. We were excited about breakfast, which we had to tick on an extensive form upon arrival. There may be people who like to do that, but for us it was the level of a spa stay that the health insurance company pays for. We have never experienced this on the many trips we take on a regular basis. The breakfast staff reserved a table for us outside, when the outside temperature was around 12°, and actually thought that we would sit outside. Eccellente hotel uno dei migliori che abbia mai provato, qualità/prezzo direi ottimi , pulizia perfetta, colazione che puoi fare in stanza o in sala la ordini sul menù il giorno prima così tutto quello che ordini è freschissimo comunque se al mattino ti viene una voglia improvvisa non ci sono problemi sei prontamente accontentato. Non vorrei scordarmi di menzionare la gentilezza del personale che ho trovato ai massimi livelli. Un hotel da riprovare più e più volte. Complimenti 🎈

Ad un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro di Garda, bell'hotel con questi pregi....non troppo grande e quindi poche camere, molto pulito, curato. Se non sbaglio solo per adulti. Piscina esterna, Jacuzzi esterna riscaldata anche in inverno. Spa molto pulita e curata con possibilità di prenotarla Private per 90 minuti. Camere spaziose e pulite...qualcuna con Jacuzzi. Posizione comoda ma purtroppo proprio su strada un po' trafficata e questo non è il massimo d'estate quando certamente è bello stare nel giardino ben attrezzato...colazione al tavolo..no buffet..si sceglie cosa si desidera e la scelta è ampissima e comodamente al tavolo o addirittura in camera...insomma consigliabile. Prezzi adeguati ed in linea con il contesto gardiano e l'hotel...
