Very convenient. Just next to the metro and supermarket. A few minutes walk from town hall and other amenities.

房間不錯，床舒服，周邊環境很方便，緊鄰地鐵和超市，服務辦理自助入住退房還算方便，如想提前入住也可以溝通，但前提是出國保證手機能正常溝通，房間在二層沒電梯，衞生不是天天有人打掃

Never again
The thermostat valve of the heating system was broken. The room was 25C upon arrival. Too warm to sleep. After opening the window, I was woken up by the divery truck at 4:20 am. A call for repair was ignored, so I had to endure this for 3 consecutive nights.

Awful and hot
Horrible customer service, made for a stressful experience. They provide instructions for check in that are incomplete and misleading, and totally unfriendly to anyone with disabilities such as dyslexia. The heating was set to 25C when I arrived on a warm day so it took ages to cool the apartment down. The bedding provided was for the winter even though it is the end ofMay so sleeping was unvomfortably hot. The full wall windows give to the street and not nice green nature, so the photos provided in the room description are totally misleading. Privacy difficult with having to open windows in the heat and being so exposed to view from the street. Overall awful, I will never come back.

The hotel location is just fine - there is a REWE next to the house, several bakeries and restaurants, the Garching U-Bahn is just in a minute distance...
There is no elevator so one needs to carry the luggage upstairs (one floor).
