Das Hotel ist Super die Rezeption war super super freundlich. Nur euer Service ist nichts ,
Keine Buchung von uns war eingegangen. Zum Glück war noch ein Zimmer frei. Bezahlung haben wir vor Ort
Getätigt. Ich hoffe das ihr den Betrag nicht abgebucht habt, dass wäre die Krönung. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich sehr sehr viel Mühe gegeben.

It's a motel, not a hotel - there is no dining room. It is an older facility in an industrial area, not very impressive, but certainly good enough for a night stop. No amenities such as a coffee maker, and Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. There are lots of fast food restaurants (McDonalds, KFC, etc.) within a 10 minute walk

This hotel charges a small fortune for a very poor service. There is not a 24 hour service - if you experience a problem, it is almost impossible to get hold of anyone after 9PM. The room are weather-beaten and very tired, no carpets or floor coverings in the hall ways. There is no bar - even though it is advertised on the website. There is no restaurant for the evening even though it is advertised on the website. The bed linen is the poorest quality, refugee status!! - the worst bed linen ever. All of the towels were so worn they were effectively paper thin. People were just drinking and being noisy outside most nights. No air conditioning, so the rooms were too hot and you cannot open the windows for fresh are because of the outside noise One guest arrived late around ten PM and it took two hours to get a response on the 'night telephone' and then a further 30 minutes for some one to come out. The electrics kept blowing in the room. The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, so it is very noisy. One saving grace the breakfasts were fresh I and my 20 colleagues will not be staying at this hotel ever again, it would barely qualify as a one star.

Unterkunft ist im Industriegebiet. Das Zimmer ist etwas altmodisch, aber ok. Bett, Tv, schrank, kleiner Tisch. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer sieht ziemlich versifft und unhygienisch aus. Die Dusche schimmelt. Sonst war es sauber. Im Zimmer ist es ruhig am Abend.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Superiorzimmer war recht geräumig. Der Teppichboden machte schon einen etwas unhygienischen Eindruck und ist eigentlich für ein Hotelzimmer nicht so recht geeignet. Mobiliar schon etwas abgewohnt. Duschkabine ließ sich nicht mehr komplett schließen. Besetzung des Empfangs passt nicht zu den Kundenströmen, da man ein Anliegen erst mittags vorbringen kann.

Das Globotel Business liegt am Rande von Garbsen in einem Industrie- und Gewerbegebiet. Der Check-In verlief schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und das Bett war bequem. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer vom Mobiliar aber abgenutzt und etwas veraltet, aber bei dem Preis kann man auch nicht mehr erwarten. Es gibt keine Vorhänge, sondern Rollläden zur Abdunklung des Zimmers. Die Isolierung der Zimmer zum Gang war nicht so prickelnd. Man hört leider schon recht stark das Nebenzimmer, insbesondere dann wenn nachts im Nebenzimmer geduscht wird. Um 9 Uhr wurde schon laut der Staubsauger auf dem Gang von den Servicekräften angeschaltet, so dass man spätestens dann wach wurde. Dementsprechend war die Schlafqualität insgesamt nicht so doll. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Neben Brötchen, Brot, Rührei, diversen Aufstrichen wie Marmelade, Nutella, Wurst und Käse gab es auch Obstsalat sowie Joghurt. Für den Preis aber alles okay.

Beaucoup de points positifis pour cet hôtel. L'hôtel est bien situé et facile d'accès avec un parking gratuit à disposition. L'hôtel est proche d'une zone commerciale avec des restaurants et cela est bien pratique. L'accueil est bon. Les chambres sont assez spacieuses et sont propres. Une petite rénovation histoire de remettre la déco au goût du jour ne ferait pas de mal, mais peu importe. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner offre du choix, et la qualité est satisfisante. Le prix est également correct. Voilà donc un hôtel que je garde dans mon carnet d'adresses potentiellement fiables. "Potentiellement", car j'attendrai d'y retourner une ou deux fois pour me dire que l'adresse est réellement fiable. Le premier séjour y a en tout cas été satisfaisant.
