서비스 : 불친절하고 퉁명스럽고 잔소리가 많아 마음을 상하게 함. 명시한 금액보다 바베큐 장비 사용료를 부풀려 받음.
편의시설 : 휴지, 키친타월 등 기본적인 비품이 갖춰져 있지 않아 하나하나 번거롭게 요구해야 함.
난방 시설에 대한 기본적인 안내도 없고 손을 못 대게 해서 밤새 가족들이 추위에 고생 함.
전반적으로 시설이 깨끗하지 않고 벌레가 많음.
시설 관리는 엉망인데 펜션 여주인이 돈만 밝히고 드세고 불친절하며 자기 편의주의인 곳(절대 비추 Never again)

사전에 공지가 없어서 좀~~~
수영장 바닥 타일이 떨어져 아이 발가락이 찣어져 피가 났는데 별다른 대처가 없는게 맗이 아쉬웠어요.

수영장이 생각보다 커요. 복층이라 시설 넉넉해요. 그런데 수영장 벽에 약간의 곰팡이가 보이는데 수영장 관리가 쉽지 않은건 알지만 아쉽네요. 기준인원이 2명이라 무조건 추가 1인 3만원씩 더 내야해요. 트립닷컴에는 정확히 기재가 되어있지 않고, 숙박업소는 전화연결이 되지 않아요. 온수 추가비용도 5만원 있고 다음날 또 이용하려면 또 추가비용아 있네요. 추가비용 기재가 잘 되어있거나 전화연결이 잘 되어 물어볼 수 있어야 하는데 그런 측면에선 매우 불편해요.

생각보다시설이 깨끗하진 않음, 풀장이 있는 것은 좋지만 유리가 모두 가려져 있어서 좀 답답함. 더하여 바베큐장이 2층에 잇어서 음식 왔다갔다 번거로움. 재방문 의사 없음
