Location far from everything and isolated in a poorly frequented and dangerous area. Really unpleasant bedding, not very comfortable and infested with bedbugs and fleas. Disgusting sanitary facilities, never cleaned. Noisy and poorly frequented. The reception is pitiful and unfriendly, even aggressive. The TV does not work. The worst experience of my life.

Hotel to avoid completely and not at all suitable for a family of 4. We arrived late at this hotel. I had booked a triple room, because in all the hotels we stay in, the baby is never taken into account (we are a couple with 1 child and 1 baby). However, they did not accept that we sleep 4 in a room, but do not have a room for a family of 4 in this hotel. So they came to knock on our door after 20 minutes, in the process waking up our two children to make us take a 2nd room. A disgrace, I have never seen that!! In the end we paid 103€ for 4, for an F1 with shared bathrooms, and the toilets in an impossible state!!!

Practical hotel because at the entrance to Gap..Very good welcome but just to sleep one night because cleanliness needs to be improved..In the hallway the showers are poorly regulated, very bad pressure...either hot or freezing...toilets average cleanliness ... and in the room blanket stained and perforated by cigarette holes ... bad smell at the entrance ... for the price paid it is at the acceptable limit ...

As part of our trip, we stayed 1 night. The hotel is easily accessible with parking. It's low cost so don't expect more than a practical room. But it's not noisy, clean. Home okay. No need to spend more just to find a bed to sleep.

J ai séjourné dans cet HOTEL de Octobre 2024 a février 2025. Cet hôtel est non seulement sale, bruyant et très mal fréquenté mais aussi le personnel tres peu aimable et le ménage n'est jamais fait ! Malgré un séjour de plus de 4 mois et donc une somme versée assez conséquente (près de 6000 euros) l hotel refuse de me délivrer une facture (pour frais professionnelles) de me rendre mes affaires de toilettes oubliées, de me rendre ma caution de 120 euros alors qu'il n'y a aucune dégradation, seulement la serpilière a passé, ce qui est dans tuot hotel du ressort du service ménage mais il n'y en a pas ! JE VOUS DECONSEILLE FORTEMENT cet hotel peu remcomandable et peu fréquentable, mal situé (en dehors et loin du centre ville)

Bon accueil, le personnel est sympathique et de bonne humeur. Je viens à cet hôtel de gap chaque année pour le rallye et j ai jamais été déçu pour l accueil. L hôtel en lui même est en plutôt bon état. Juste la TV que je n' ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner mais c est n était pas important. Rdv l année prochaine.
