酒店房間的設施非常先進，同時房間裏面的衞生也很乾凈，是一次非常不錯的入住體驗。酒店環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情。酒店房間熱水也比較大，洗澡的時候比較舒適。

之前住過好幾次 體驗感都很好 但這次入住給我的體驗：首先馬桶不知道是不是脱膠了，會晃，用手輕輕推也會晃，淋浴間的水壓很低，下水堵了，考慮到比較晚將就一下算了。其次，第二天下午一點半左右發覺前台還沒有給我們打催退電話，因為之前入住前台有過給我免費延遲到下午兩點，所以我默認這次也是到兩點，到了兩點十幾分我跟我老公剛收拾好想走，前台的電話打來了，居然跟我老公説：你直接三點下來吧，方便算超時費。到了前台工作人員問我：有會員嗎？得知沒有後直接説：你本來是到十二點的，我送你一個小時，收你兩個小時的超時費，請問你們對於超時費的收取是如何規定的呢？憑前台的心情嗎？如果我的訂單就是到十二點為什麼兩點多才給我打電話呢？隨後又説：你們昨天是不是在自助售貨機上買東西了？訂單給我看一下，態度之強硬我都沒嘴説。之前在這家遇到的前台明明都很熱情和善的，房間的問題原本想忽略不計，但前台的服務態度真的讓人很不舒服，不會再去了🙄

第一次入住，很喜歡，衞生，環境都好，距離世貿很近，酒店東面馬路對面也能停車，相對來説還是很方便的，下次過去還是選擇他們家，房間裏面沙發很舒服，小朋友説可以躺着睡覺😴
