It was my first time to stay at the James Coffetel Hotel. It was better than expected. I was very satisfied with the hotel's service, rooms and cleanliness. The rooms were fully equipped and the front desk also gave me sour plum soup for free.

This hotel is great. The service is good and the work efficiency is high. I am also very satisfied with all the facilities. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and it is comfortable to sleep. The front desk helped call a car in advance when I checked out in the morning. I like it.

在高邑的這段日子，高邑喆啡酒店成了我第二個家。從踏入酒店的那一刻，濃郁的咖啡香氣便縈繞身旁，恰到好處的暖黃燈光，瞬間驅散了旅途的疲憊。
客房佈置盡顯品質與用心。床鋪柔軟舒適，躺上去彷彿被雲朵包裹，每夜都能讓我酣然入夢。房間的隔音效果極佳，關上門窗，外界的喧囂便被隔絕，睡眠質量得到了極大保障。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質上乘，細節之處盡顯酒店的高端定位。
酒店的餐飲同樣可圈可點。早餐種類豐富，中西式美食應有盡有，滿足了不同客人的口味需求。熱菜、涼菜、糕點、水果搭配合理，新鮮可口。

真的特別滿意，前台服務態度好，有一個房間網絡不合適沒廢話直接給換了房間，早上起來吃飯，下去晚了，專門幫忙煮了泡麪，還拿了雞蛋，感動，必須好評！

進入房間有股很濃的黴味，打開窗户和開空調要很久才能去除味道，但是一出門回來還是有一股味道。但是前台接待和客服人員服務態度很好，待人熱情真誠。最大的不好就是硬件設施不行，價格有點小貴，我覺得不值這個價錢！
