晚上大概八點我跟老公入住，打開馬桶準備使用時發現馬桶蓋上有東西，我打電話跟前台溝通馬上派人上來，來了一個東北的服務員説什麼事，我説馬桶蓋上有臟東西幫忙擦一下，她看看説挺乾淨的呀沒有東西，我拿了餐巾紙擦給她看，她説她眼鏡不好看不清，我説那你噴一下消毒我自己擦，她就噴了洗潔劑就走了……我洗澡發現淋浴室下水堵住了，我洗頭膏沐浴露都擦了，水也流到外面了，沒有辦法衹能停下來老公跟前台説淋浴堵住了，前台説把浴室地漏蓋拿掉就可以了，我們兩個人都拿不出來，再一次求助前台後東北人來敲門，我急忙去開門，她很不高興的説你們又怎麼了？我説浴室地漏不下水，前台讓我們打開地漏蓋子，但是我們打不開，請你幫忙打開，她大聲説你們打不開我就能打開了嗎？我説需要找工具才能打開，她説去哪裡找工具？我説你什麼意思讓我去找工具嗎？是你們前台説派人給我處理的，不是我讓你來的！她氣呼呼的就走了，一會拿了一個類似螺絲刀的東西敲開了地漏蓋立刻疏通了，她就要走，我説幫忙把地上的水也打掃一下吧，她説就那麼點水你不能自己擦，誰讓你弄出來的？我一下子就火了，我就問她你們下水道堵住了，我在裏面洗澡，水流出來的能不能打掃，不能打掃讓你們負責人過來，我們是來住宿的不是來受氣的！她説浴室堵了不是她的責任，馬桶沒有擦乾淨也是白班的人責任，氣呼呼的摔摔打打的拖地，我老公就拿拖把過來説那我們自己拖吧！我就跟她説是不是你的責任跟我沒有關係，我是聯繫前台才派你來的，心裏不舒服可以不要過來也可以去找你們領導！這是住了最糟糕的一次酒店，前台接待服務還是不錯的，可以停車還有早飯，希望酒店可以認識到服務的重要性

入住體驗很好！就在車站斜對面 ，前台接待態度很好，房間和圖片一致，衞生很乾凈，隔音效果不錯，推薦入住！

以前經常來住，疫情期間沒來，還是不錯的，這個價位還帶早餐。火車站就在邊上。到客户那也很近，有超市購物方便。

衞生不太乾淨，床鋪不舒服。建議平台有一個信用積分制度，信用積分達到一定標準，不用交按金，交了按金還需要保存按金條，走時間再退，比較麻煩。
