Probably the best Vienna I have ever stayed in🏨,
The lobby is very grand, the room is large, and the water is very good.
There is Asiya Halal Restaurant nearby, which is very famous and can be reached within walking distance.
Lanzhou Airport is very far from the city, not generally far.
If you want to stay near the airport, this is a good choice.

字很多，總結就是，賊差勁的酒店和前台服務，房間也不咋滴。趕飛機選的這家，下完訂單後看到了界面上要使用該服務需要提前預約，我就點了這個預約接送機選項按照上面的電話打過去，打了兩次都是空號，然後我就打酒店前台電話預約，被告知我衹要辦理入住的時候跟前台講一下就行了…到酒店這裏後，車子在道閘處進不去，還要打電話給酒店前台才給進停車場，開進去後酒店門口一側擺滿了燒烤桌椅攔住了，應該是這裏另一個飯店擺的，車子過不去，提前停下車，有一酒店工作人員走過來，我説我有四個行李箱，已經晚上十一點了，我還要趕着去還租借的車輛，時間也快到了，衹有我老婆一個人辦理入住，能不能幫忙推一下行李進去？工作人員雖沒直接拒絕，衹説他對講機喊下人看看，就走開了，我以為去喊人了。過了一會兒，我跟老婆兩個人把車子裏零碎全部收乾淨了也沒看到他們過來幫忙搬，就自己弄進了大堂辦理入住，我再次跟前台的小姐姐説明瞭請求，我急着去還車，四個行李箱辦完入住後能否找人幫我老婆一起拿到房間，前台女的面無表情看了我一眼也沒回答，我又問了一遍，同樣沒得到答覆。我老婆説算了，你趕緊去還車，時間來不及了，超時還車有費用產生，她一個人在這兒辦，我此時心理對這酒店的服務態度已經很不爽了。等到我還好車回酒店，我問老婆情況，她説我走後，前台跟她講:要不你先拿兩個上去，等你老公來了讓他自己再拿兩個…後面是後來有個男的工作人員過來了，讓男員工幫忙一起推到房間門口的，至於送機這事兒，辦入住時，前台告知他們就一輛車，已經約滿了，所以需要我們自己打車去機場，***?那我之前打電話來預約跟我説的是啥？我老婆也説從來沒碰到過這麼冷淡的前台。如果不是半夜了，直接就換酒店了。房間也不咋滴，裝修風格屬於老舊風格，牀頭櫃一摸，全是灰……

房間大，但簡陋。洗護用品不全，停電時電話不能用，淋浴是冷水，大熱天沒冰箱。過了早餐就停電，電梯裏還關了人。來電2分馬上又停。退房電梯不能走，衹有樓梯間。我們長者，行李走樓梯根本拿不動，前台説沒人，我們自己求了快遞小哥，哭到一樓。樓梯間窗户封閉，粉塵在台階和扶手上厚厚一層。人一走，粉塵飛揚，嗆得不停咳嗽。出門乘網約車，門口工作人員看我們一堆東西過來，馬上就近蹲下假裝看機器人，不肯幫忙。差評！！！

早餐種類豐富，服務其實也不錯的，但是有一點很氣憤，提前電話溝通需要凌晨入住，前台表示完全沒問題👌但是就不告訴我需要再訂一天的房間，導致第二天高價續住，相當不爽！理由就是24小時必須退房。那我第三天才住了12個小時，怎麼不少我一半房費？？有外省朋友去蘭州，要住機場附近我推薦瑞嶺國際那邊，吃飯、後續、出行、住宿都很方便。離這個維也納2公里多，這個維也納隔壁就是醫院。

1.晚上十一點多了，走廊一直有人講話；
2.在我沒有點外賣的前提下，十二點多有人敲門送外賣，還敲了兩次，為什麼酒店可以允許人員送外賣，我明明看到有機器人，為什麼不用機器人送
3房間內設定很久 清晰可見浴室內白色瓷磚上面 有褐色水漬痕 枱燈一層灰 也不知道擦一擦
