非常混亂，送機不通知，送機車走了自己酒店的人有沒有上車都不知道。
前台登記過了，提前到大堂等了，車子走了業沒有人叫一聲。
建議大家住對面的如家酒店，如家酒店非常好。

蘭州中轉，這家酒店服務很好，提供免費送機和接機服務，距離機場幾分鐘路程，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，員工服務很好，司機會幫忙主動提取行李，前台也很細心詢問航班訊息，這個性價比很高了，強烈推薦！

避雷！！訂了標間説給我“升級”成大床，但其實大床房價格更低，時間比較晚，我也懶得掰扯了。前台能力差態度又差，接機服務半天解釋不清楚，等巨久。房間基本衞生都不達標，窗户框巨臟無比，而且把手壞了沒法關上，外面飛機轟轟，裏面空調嗡嗡。
