房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，採光很好，服務人員熱情周到。親戚家附近只有這家酒店，本來想着能住就行，沒想到出乎意料的驚喜，親戚家小朋友搶着來玩，早飯種類雖然不太多，但是能挑到自己想吃的。

先説酒店優點：房間非常寬敞，價格相對便宜，8月17日到8月19日商務房的費用是280左右一天。前台幾個比較年輕的小美女服務態度特別熱情，也比較會來事，很討客户歡心。
再説酒店缺點：離市中心很遠，建在山頂上。衞生打掃的還行，唯獨浴巾和毛巾不平整，門把手的緊固件很容易脱落，其他都可接受。住宿期間樓下正在修路施工，灰塵比較大，酒店沒有專用停車場，不太好停車，樓下能吃飯的地方就只有KFC，考慮到這家酒店是離蘭州動物園最近的性價比較高的酒店了，自駕出行的話還是比較方便的。
頭一天入住還算滿意，也特意給了好評，前台小姑娘免費贈送了小童早餐票。但是在第2天續住後離店時，孩子不慎打碎了漱口杯，該漱口杯不是常細型，而是寬短型，對小手的朋友並不友好，稍微握持不住，碰到洗面盆就會爆裂，好在只是驚嚇到了孩子，並沒有造成身體傷害。建議酒店更換該種漱口杯，這種漱口杯很容易破碎，破碎絕不是個例。離店時向前台諮詢，一位個高的年齡較小的美女態度依然很好，表現的只是寬慰，但她身後閑坐着一位年齡較大的貌似女主管，首先見到客人退房也沒有禮貌的起身，其次是在小美女前台與本人交接退按金手續時，她坐在那裡突然冷冷的插話道：“照價賠償10元！”其實本人已經查詢了用品清單價格表，這10元錢真不是事，但那個女主管的講話態度實在讓人失望，先不問孩子是否有受傷，哪怕禮貌性的説我們酒店有規定，客人不賠就得我們自己承擔等等，任何人都是可以接受的。但那個女主管的服務素質整體低於其他年輕的前台服務人員，這樣的領導怎麼帶好兵呢？對酒店最好的印象其實就是前台的姑娘們，但最後離店時讓人很不舒服。

酒店最大的優點就是環境太美了，坐在陽台上就可以看到湖光山色。其他的，服務非常熱情，設施也很好。酒店餐廳菜的口味很棒，坐在餐廳吃飯看着外面的景色，真是一種享受，就是可能廚師太少了，沒有幾桌吃飯，卻做不出來菜，需要等待較長的時間，希望能改進。
