環境特別一般 較差 我們換了三個房間才入住 進去一個房間不知道誰的私人物品在房間放着 給前台打電話就搪塞説是阿姨沒打掃乾淨的臟房 那為什麼要給我們開呢？ 又換了一個房間裏面超級冷 甚至外面比裏面熱 我們問沒有空調嗎 他竟然説這是集中供暖 就算開空調也是這樣 都是這個温度。。。室內温度衹有18度 不想多説啥了 之前這個酒店住了有四五次了 一次不如一次 以後不會再去了

中午訂了房子，晚上來住，發現前台沒人，然後我們去了另外一棟樓的前台，前台人員推辭半天，説沒有房子了，我們就有點生氣了，然後前台又説有房子，我們因為是四個人訂了兩間房子，説在一個樓層可以有個照應，結果前台又説沒有房子了，先給我朋友他們開了房子，還是説我們沒房子，推辭半天説給我騰一下，然後找了一間房，我想請問，這前台人員是幹嘛的，網上訂的房子為什麼不給預留房間，如果沒有房子了，那為什麼不及時關閉網上房態，給我們開了房子以後，我們來到房間以後，發現桌子下面就是一團紙，我想知道這個房子是怎麼打掃的，那麼大一團紙，難道清潔人員看不到嘛？門口也是一團頭髮，衞生間也臟亂不堪，衞生都保障不了，怎麼讓客人入住，然後朋友的房子也直接難聞的要死，進去房子裏面味道實在是大的不行，我們住的房子空調也是壞的，晚上還是有點冷的，第二天出門吃早餐忘記帶房卡了，給前台打了電話也是沒人理會，一直説馬上來開，但是四十分鐘過去了還是沒有蹤影，辦事效率可見的差，我們足足在外面等了一個小時才進去，總之就是體驗非常差，再也不來了

牆上有很多蚊子和小蟲子，衞生間也是臟亂不堪，地毯上有煙頭，房間非常冷，給酒店負責人打電話，問空調開不了嘛，人家説還沒有供暖，請問空調暖風和供暖有關係嗎？房間還沒有吹風機，請問那麼冷的房間我頭髮要甩幹嗎？既然這些基礎設施都沒有就不要急着營業啊！客人是來體驗的不是逃難的！

住過那麼多酒店，這家的服務真的讓人難忘。辦理入住時前台主動幫忙升級房型，入住後還送了歡迎水果。房間乾淨整潔，床軟硬適中。
