It's the first time I encountered a hotel power outage
The power outage started at 9am - 9pm,
Ok, I thought about going back later for a meal. I couldn't stand it when I went back at night and waited until 9:30. Then I couldn't check out. I still had work the next day. The first elevator did not have a backup power supply, I could not get my luggage, the front desk also explained that I could let someone help me take it down, and then said that I called. Okay, I will continue to live when I call. Very late in the morning, the sound of the KTV downstairs was so loud that a group of people from the travel agency outside on time at 5:30 in the morning were noisy. I just want to be a little quieter and there should be no problem. There is no word on the last power outage, the manager means that the power supply bureau has nothing to do with them.
The two cups in the single room behind were not clean, and the room was not cleaned. I have to tell my aunt to sort it out. The manager is very good but does not solve the problem.
The front desk attitude is really good.
