The upper layer of the wardrobe is full of dust. It is too noisy around 3/4 o'clock in the morning. Also, the front desk is too slow when booking a room in the same city. Everything else is good. This is the Nth time I have stayed at this hotel.

Transportation: The location is difficult to find. There are twists and turns on the small road inside, and there are shell craters along the way. Hygiene: there is a musty and unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and the room; the glass door of the bathroom is broken and no one has repaired it; urine stains remain on the toilet No cleaning; it took 5 minutes to fill the toilet with water, which was embarrassing; the hotel didn't even wash the toothbrush cup and gave it to the next guest, my God! The hot water is very small, there is no hairdryer, and it is impossible to take a shower or wash your hair; there are many dirty things on the floor of the room that are not cleaned before being given to the next guest; there are blood stains on the sheets; the plug is in a rough state and is prone to leakage. There are too many flaws... #The service is not professional. The platform clearly shows that the reservation was successful. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff rambled and said that there was no room and asked me to cancel the order. I went to find a hotel in the middle of the night and it took a long time before I was given a room; on the platform The room upgrades and hot spring tickets shown are not actually available.

The navigation found another hotel, so I went out and turned right and it was nearby. The room is large enough, the twin beds are 1.5 meters each, and the bathroom is relatively spacious. The girl at the front desk is very nice, with a kind smile. She comes late at night and says she can also take a hot spring bath on the first floor. I hope the girl has a happy work life.

In the area where there are hot springs in Ganzi, there are hot spring baths downstairs and around, and the water in the hotel also smells like hot spring water. There is a buffet at 7:30 in the morning. I caught the airport bus and had breakfast when I left. It felt very good. If you have any requests, the front desk will try to help.

The price/performance ratio is not high, and the hotel is a bit hard to find. I didn’t get the breakfast included in the package, and I didn’t get to soak in the hot spring for two. Because it is a public open bath, the area next to the bath is still being repaired. The bathing environment is not very good, so the package package is recommended.
