The room was very clean, the bathroom not so much. Buy what was more annoying was the text I got through this platform, asking me EVERYTHING when I had not arrived yet, “where are you going” “where are you now” “what time you arrive” where have you been” “do you speak English” , then I supposed it was the boy they have at reception, who was absolutely useless and refused to help me to go up to the third floor with my luggage. Which I did alone .
The location is extremely loud, and the window didnt close

The room you are given is on the 5th floor with no elevator, and there is not much difference between having a window and not having one. Everything else is fine, except that the frequent alternation of hot and cold water in the shower is very annoying.
