和價格完全不匹配，服務人員很多聽不懂普通話。衞生間馬桶有很多黃色污漬。晚上9點半入住，暖風打開吹涼風。問了前台才説是空調主機沒開。洗澡水也不熱。餐廳有一股非常難聞的味道，一進去就沒有食慾。不知道哪裡來那麼多好評。

首先酒店位置很好！西望就是薩格兒王城方向…背後的雪山，就是沒看到日照金山，當然日出也是另有一番特色。
温泉區域參觀過，高原區域怕高反看看👀就好還是注意安全為重，酒店還有運動健身房👍
早餐的稀飯和花捲美美的吃飽喝足，有藏式的酥油茶得自己調，看了一下無從下手😀😀

雖然酒店門口在臨時修路不便停車和出行，但服務員熱情出來指路和幫助提行李。房間很大很乾凈，酒店大堂和客房中間玻璃房有藏式家居陳列，對外出旅遊和想了解藏族很友好

現場去訂268，包早餐➕晚餐➕温泉泡池，攜程網上訂是278，包早餐➕晚餐，下訂前電話問了前台，支支吾吾應該也是想告訴我這個，攜程有錄音就沒説，278的價格不低，若晚餐能好好吃或者衞生好一些我也不會給一分，可是都不行，七點半開始晚餐，我19:34到，蛋炒飯都搶不到，更別説肉了，基本光盤，而且都不會補，問了廚房，蛋炒飯一下子席捲後，上的是星星點點的木耳炒飯。温泉泡池也衹是設施➕1，去了兩次，沒有一個人泡，水池混濁➕超級悶應該是主要原因，也泡過藏民提供的温泉，比這清澈太多太多
設施：原以為是新裝修的，設施會新一些，大錯特錯，該舊還是舊，房間用品和一百塊的差不多，所謂氧氣，是需要付費的，沒有地暖，加濕器裏面全是蟲子，房間紅➕綠配色，在這樣的環境裏生氣衹能氣上➕氣，房間也很小
衞生：很差，床單有污漬，加濕器超多蟲子，提出退房，酒店提供換房，太晚了衹好妥協，毛巾有污漬，廁所門後不知道哪裡來的牙刷，到此我不敢奢求這家酒店的衞生，衹能用什麼多看看多注意，果然餐具也是要看看擦一擦之後才能勉強使用
服務：換房他們應該挺不開心，全程沒跟我們説一句話，就帶過去，然後嗯嗯嗯，我們自己去前台換房卡

該酒店位於甘孜縣中心，有獨立地下、地面停車場。王經理和前台美女都熱情有加，服務意識強。客房寬敞明亮，內飾典雅，窗外有景。床上用品潔白如新，床墊柔軟舒適。衞生間乾濕分離，熱水量大。訂房除了供應雙早，還有雙份自助晚餐，十分貼心。以後來甘孜該酒店乃首選。

老酒店重裝修，換湯不換葯。酒店在拐角處，兩條交通主道，嘈雜不堪，更甚的是管理混亂，住二樓客房的老哥遭入室搶劫，褲子都差點被撕破，是老哥智鬥歹徒，未遂。吃早飯的時候，跟大堂經理溝通，經理居然説未遂嘛，要是得逞就報警。
我不明白這樣的酒店，攜程的評價分數還挺高！

感謝前台小姐姐給我們升級的套房！訂的匆忙，看着寫的2024年裝修就訂了，結果住進去發現房間有些舊了，肯定不會是今年裝修的，設施都老舊了。熱水完全不熱。早餐的服務小姐姐非常熱情。7樓樓頂可以去看日出日落。
