提前打電話給前台問過空調是提前打開的還是需要自己開，前台説插房卡就可以了，我辦理入住上去插卡就出去了，中間應該有三個小時回來發現房間有點温度都沒有。衞生確實不錯

一次糟糕透頂的入住體驗
昨晚我入住了甘孜縣的漢庭酒店，本以為作為新開的連鎖酒店，品質有保障，體驗感不會差，結果卻大失所望。由於抵達時太晚且疲憊不堪，我當時沒有直接聯繫酒店反饋問題。
可這家酒店的衞生狀況實在糟糕。馬桶邊緣殘留着不明液體，像是尿液，看着就讓人噁心。房間的杯子裏不僅有水，還有顆粒狀異物，完全不敢使用，真不知道這樣的杯子是怎麼通過清潔流程的。掀開被子，裏面竟然還藏着一個不明包裝袋。
作為連鎖酒店，本應在衞生和顧客入住體驗管理上樹立標桿，可這次經歷實在太差。希望酒店能高度重視衞生問題，加強管理，別砸了自己的招牌。此次遭遇讓我對漢庭這個連鎖品牌好感全無，也提醒各位準備入住的朋友，慎重選擇，小心踩雷 。

新開酒店 衞生乾淨 床上用品也比較乾淨 前台工作人員服務態度也很好很熱情 雖然早餐品種不多 但是在317路段上的早餐算是比較豐盛的了 很推薦去色達 去拉薩途徑此地的人在此休整 推薦

前台小姐姐服務很貼心，怕我們高反主動遞上了葡萄糖水，小孩準備了小童牙刷，告訴我們房間供氧機怎麼用，比較滿意的入住

房間很好，服務熱情，有自帶的後院可以停車，可以洗衣服，周圍吃飯買東西方便。但是洗澡水忽冷忽熱，有待改進。
