雖然到的時候已經晚9點半了，但首先還是感謝前台小姐姐幫忙升級了湖景房。感覺地段、房間設施和價格成正比，可惜10點温泉就關了，第二天也要晚上才開，沒有享受到天然温泉。然後除了前台以外，感覺其他工作人員的服務意識比較差。早晚兩次被垃圾車堵在去房間的路上，而且工人已經發現我們堵在他車後面，還會不緊不慢在下一個樓前再堵我一次收門前的垃圾。而且看我的眼神不是特別善良，感覺像我妨礙了他們的工作一樣。

服務非常好，過生日幫忙佈置，超級漂亮，還送了小禮物。酒店窗户就對着雪山，天氣好可以看到湖中倒影，很漂亮。前台小姐姐還送了早餐，早餐種類不多，但還挺好吃的。非常推薦。

房間位置非常好，真的推開窗户就可以看到湖景和雪山哦，而且在景區裏面晚上可以隨便看景區的夜景，前台服務員的服務態度非常好，我們早上丟下了一個枕頭，他們打電話還要幫我們郵寄回去，非常感謝！

必須給這家酒店超五星好評，性價比太高了，一邊是****城，一邊是濕地公園和雪山，窗外景色極美，住宿還可以泡温泉，可以看着雪山泡的温泉，與北海道也不差多少了。服務也很好，就是住宿中遭遇兩次停電，其他一切都很好，總體是一次很愉快的住宿經歷。
