The hotel we stayed at this time truly embodied thoughtfulness in its service. It felt so good to have chosen the right place! At around 8 PM, the front desk proactively contacted us to ask about our estimated arrival time, making us feel valued from the start. I heard the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, so no matter how late we arrive, someone will be there to meet us. Our room was already reserved, so we didn't have to worry at all. What impressed me most was the warmth of the details: knowing we had a lot of luggage, someone was there to help us carry it all the way, so we didn't have to do it ourselves. Before we left, we casually mentioned concerns about running out of gas, and they immediately went out of their way to help. Although we arrived safely without any trouble, their proactive approach to sharing our concerns was truly heartwarming. We arrived a little late and thought there would be no food, but we were surprised to find that the hotel still had food. We were the only table there, but the staff were not impatient at all and provided warm service throughout the entire meal, making it a truly wonderful experience. After dinner, the front desk lady personally escorted us to our room, offering to help with our belongings and providing thoughtful guidance along the way. Even more surprising was that we originally booked two villas and one standard king-size room with a view, but the front desk specifically called to ask if they could upgrade the standard rooms to villas free of charge, allowing all of us to stay in the same villa. It was a truly amazing experience! This thoughtful and caring hotel is highly recommended and I'll definitely choose this place next time I visit!

I don't understand why such a great hotel is only ranked second on the same Ctrip list! I moved here from the hotel ranked first (I seriously suspect their reputation is inflated). This hotel doesn't charge a premium for the hot springs; the food, accommodation, and service are completely worth the price. Every staff member was extremely welcoming and proactive. I sprained my ankle, and they even asked someone knowledgeable in ******* medicine to examine and treat me (the uncle was charging for massage therapy outside). Although the pain was excruciating, I was able to move around again afterward. It was amazing. The rooms with a snow-capped mountain view truly offer a view of the mountains. With the sun still shining, it was a pleasant afternoon to sip tea in the room. I originally came here for lunch, but was so impressed by the environment that I stayed overnight. The breakfast the next day is shown in the picture. If you don't have altitude sickness, you can try the "black" hot springs briefly; they're definitely different from the regular ones.

This stay was perfect! As soon as you step into the lobby, you will be attracted by the green landscape and warm light design in the high-ceiling space. Strolling in the courtyard, you will hear the gurgling water and the breakfast is even more surprising. The most impressive thing is the service of the staff - from the enthusiastic guidance when checking in at the front desk, to the proactive help of the housekeeper to organize the items when cleaning, and even the prompt response to late-night calls, with just the right amount of care throughout the process. The room is a boon for those with a cleanliness freak attitude: the beds are clean as new, the floors and bathrooms are spotless, and the service and hygiene are excellent. This hotel has demonstrated what "attentive hospitality" means in every detail. It will definitely be your first choice when visiting this city next time! 🌟

酒店餐食不錯，可能因為高原其實飯不是很熱，早餐也很豐富，早餐量挺大的，飯量小的有點吃不完，可以提前問下飯量免得浪費糧食，房間衞生可以，就是房頂上有個蜘蛛網，還是清理下，對於強迫症患者來説躺床上就盯着那個蜘蛛網

在甘孜最滿意的一次住宿。 衞生乾淨，環境優雅舒適，夜晚安靜，是在高原地區睡的最安逸的一晚。 服務態度好，早餐質量也很不錯。 非常值得入住的酒店，推薦！
