1.真的想不通這麼大的酒店為什麼對前台的培訓那麼不到位。女前台拉個臉，好像誰欠她錢一樣，你説你的，人家想回答好半天重複一句你的話，不想回答就裝作沒聽見一樣，打電話過去也是嘰裏咕嚕説一大堆，有氣無力的樣子…
2.進門一衹嗝屁的蟑螂躺在歡迎我們…無語啊…
3.餐廳的每一位服務人員都很贊，尤其是刷卡的那位女服務員，有禮貌還提醒我們穿厚點…
4.衞生打掃的還算乾淨…

酒店衞生非常差，非常不推薦入住，入住即後悔系列，衞生間很臟，床上有彎彎的毛，地板也拖的不乾淨，睡覺床癢癢的，刺撓得很。早餐服務極差，接待刷房卡叼的很，一副高高在上得樣子，説話愛答不理，還會有鄙視的語氣，住這個九點真是地獄修來的福氣，春節入住受罪到家。
總結:垃圾……垃圾……垃圾……

房間很乾凈，沒有異味。早餐品種豐富，有贛南特色。酒店負一樓有停車場，已經多次入住，在贛州住宿的首選。酒店附近步行兩分鐘，還有一家客家風味餐廳：“客官”，用餐環境舒適，停車方便，經濟實惠。值得推薦。
