#衞生臟亂差，被子都潮的，枕頭都發黃，都不敢睡，穿着外衣將就一晚上#服務沒有服務，房間裏缺的東西，都讓我們爬樓梯自己下去拿，也沒有阿姨送上來#房間設施一張床，一張桌子，連瓶礦泉水都沒有，連wifi密碼都沒有，好不容易連上了，卡的要死，一條訊息都發不出去#性價比非常沒有性價比，非常不好的體驗如圖，房間沒有窗户，唯一一個天窗，連着走廊上，晚上一整晚，走廊燈都沒關，整個通宵房間內都是這麼亮着，非常影響睡眠，導致我一晚上沒睡

考試期可能價格有浮動，定的時候270的樣子。酒店沒有招牌，前台和其他兩家是和在一起的，人應該也是同一批人。去房間要有人帶着先繞到門店後面，走過一條小巷子，再是走樓梯上到一個露台平台，房間位置在最邊上一個單元的樓梯下面。就是一個套房隔出來的（公區堆着木床架和其他地方雜物），一個個單獨的小房間每個房間，刷卡進門。
房間裏的有一張床、一雙拖鞋、一個垃圾桶、一個長成黴菌培養皿的衣櫃、幾個變形的鐵衣架、一台轟轟響的空調，衞生間裏沒有鏡子，有一個洗手枱盆、一個電熱水器和花灑、一個蹲坑、一台洗衣機上一堆亂七八糟的洗漱用品和衹有3張的抽紙，以上幾乎是房間裏的所有東西，甚至連基本的消防設施也沒有。
衞生間視野很好，玻璃很透亮，站在門口可以看到樓下的人來車往，更別説上到蹲坑的台階上，洗澡上廁所要做好心理建設。

自己看吧，床上還有蟲子動，總結一句話衞生不是一般的差，是非常差，最氣得是不知道老闆哪裡請來的人，我好好的跟前台説被子臟叫他重新拿個乾淨的，我自己去換，然後他故意不拿乾淨的被套，説與自己沒有關係，非常不負責，態度非常惡劣，本來衞生差態度好我是懶得差評的，但是態度十分惡劣，還跟我吵架，最後攜程都看不下去了，攜程因為這個問題都賠了我好多錢，攜程説我要求那麼低叫他拿個乾淨的被套我自己換他都不願意，後面攜程公司自己賠了我很多錢😡😡😡招這種人老闆是想倒閉嗎

一打開門就有好臭的味道，洗澡的花灑壞了，衞生間好臟，之前訂了兩間房間的，想退一間死活不同意非要扣我百分之二十的違約金才可以r退，不推薦那裡，望慎重，避坑避坑

不知道贛州開賓館的基本設施要求標準是什麼？雖然知道價位上是有區別的，但是最起碼你説沒窗户可以。面積小也可以。你沒有衞浴也可以。沒有空調也能接受，哪怕你衹有一張床在房間，其他配備的都沒有，也好過這樣。清潔沒有味道也行。可是滿屋都是潮濕的味道，廁所的味道，蚊香片的味道，真的是【****】呀，欣慰的是被子還算乾淨，我幾乎是一夜沒睡，不好的一次體驗……

230元的房間，不到7平米。無窗，無透氣的，無比悶熱，無空調。這個店完全是黑店，在網上發佈高級房，對外説沒房了，世實際上好的房間全都是空着的，網上對外高價房全是7平不到的房間。
