住了這麼多酒店，最差的一次體驗，不喜歡點評，這次真的忍不住！一打開房間，一股發黴的味道，早餐極其差，沒什麼吃的，早上喝雞蛋湯時，裏面有塊綠色的小繩子（沒有拍）直接就沒喝了，吃米粉時，裏面的生菜都壞掉了，海帶裏面也有一塊上面都佈滿了白色的東西，衞生真的堪憂。建議大家不要住……

酒店服務還是不錯的，去周邊遊玩很方便，第一天可以先去鬱孤台，宋城玩，第二天可以去方特欲曉玩，第三天可以去通天巖，都挺便利

酒店白班跟晚班都不交接好的，明明我是平台下的直接訂單，非説我是預付訂單，一定要我再付錢才可以入住，給看了訂單界面，提出我確實是直接付款的訂單，還是不行。拜託，我到店已經12點多了，寶寶都要睡覺了，我提出要不你們先讓我們入住，之後等退房的時候，如果確定我這是預付單，我再付款就行。這樣也不可以……也是挺無語的。等了很久，最終前台應該是問了領導，確定好我這是正常付款的單，才讓入住……
進了房，真的更鬱悶了，房間狀況太令人失望。房間設施明顯不行，天花板上的燈是掉下來的，跟前台溝通説讓保安師傅來看，9分鐘的樣子保安大叔來看了，本來想着也不用維修了，我們將就睡一下好了，寶寶實在是困了，就讓師傅把燈拆了就好。但是！掀開被子看到枕頭上的污漬我真的不能忍啊……而且地面也有污漬，感覺都沒拖地似的。嚴重影響了住宿的舒適度。所以第一時間跟前台聯繫要換房間，因為過年期間都滿房了，也沒辦法更換，後來跟攜程客服聯繫要退房，我們去別的酒店住……又等待了20來分鐘，説是太晚了，一直沒給回覆退**宜，在等待過程中，又重新定了附近的萬佳酒店。
為什麼我還能給差評，因為攜程跟酒店溝通後，酒店不給我退掉該筆訂單！明明整個是酒店管理不到位，服務不到位，憑什麼不給退……在這裏要感謝攜程客服，是他們把單給我以現金形式退到我賬户了。不然在這個酒店都沒有真正睡過，僅僅衹在房間等待客服回覆的那幾十分鐘，也沒用他們的消耗品，還要被收錢真的會被噁心到……在攜程訂酒店這麼多年，真的是第一次碰上這麼個酒店……

質評價位置：高架下面，既是優點也是缺點，優點是自駕過來生不高速離得比較近，缺點是目前在修路，一股柏油味直沖房間。信號燈也沒有，交通比較混亂。
房間設施：捲紙真的是太摳搜了，兩卷都沒自帶的半卷多。吃了贛州的辣菜，如果拉肚子，估計要三四圈才夠。浴巾還是老的地中海酒店的，感覺用了很久。
服務：要捲紙和牙刷，打前台電話三次，過了一小時才送上來，送東西的工作人員還是滿身酒氣。洗髮液沐浴露也像賓館包裝，比較low。
早餐：小孩也要收錢，連牛奶都沒有，沒有性價比。
以前對沃爾頓的印象挺好的，但這次入住感覺很差！

差評！！！無語住了，衞生極差，服務也不好。毛巾未使用過竟然有根那麼長的頭髮，杯子更是一眼難盡，請看圖！酒店有點走擦邊，沐足的廣告牌讓小孩看見影響很不好，極差的體驗！！！
