房間的衞生狀況令人滿意，沒有異味，清潔做得很好。然而，房間的空間實在有限，感覺有些侷促。空調的製冷效果也不盡如人意，對於炎熱天氣來説是個小小的挑戰。綜合來看，性價比尚可。

房間太小了，人都挪不開，衞生間的淋浴🚿水也太小了，根本沒法洗澡。衞生間也沒有洗手枱。最無語的是，一點都不隔音，特別是旁邊的大馬路，晚上基本上別想睡。也太吵了。一晚上基本沒睡到什麼覺。慎重。建議去訂隔壁的悦居風尚酒店，貴幾十塊，是這裏的幾倍好。

房間雖小，但設施齊全，乾淨整潔；就是衞生間洗手盆太小，水龍頭又低，洗漱不是很方便，其它都挺好。

這家賓館位於大學門口，賓館位置實在是太方便了，對於前來探望學生的家長參加學術活動或者準備考試的考生來説就是理想之選，周邊還有眾多美食小店和便利店可以滿足各種需求，賓館乾淨衞生床鋪舒適整潔，同時房間設施齊全，空調電視，熱水壺，吹風機一應俱全，前台服務周到，還有免費停車位，總之性價比超高值得推薦

賓館位於贛南師範對面一百米左右、環境不錯，乾淨衞生，服務很熱情，性價比很高、邊上就是江西應用技術學院，衞校離賓館1公里，離贛南醫科大學2公里、而且還有免費的停車場

服務是非常好，環境也可以，進房間就感覺很乾凈舒適，我是過來考試的這家賓館就在學校門口，而且交通便利門口還有小黃車可以掃，最主要還提供免費停車位

我定的是靠窗的房間 一進去衞生一般 其次就是蚊子很多 坐着沒一會兒手腿全是包 而且晚上睡着還有很多蟲子在地上爬 我聽見聲音了 還有最令我奔潰的是 在凌晨兩點多我醒了我看到被單上有一條蜈蚣（非常的大！我的老天奶） 老天野 明晃晃的在我眼前爬！！救命 我當時就尖叫了 直接把被子裹成一團踢下了床 我受不了了！！還有真的沒有隔音 我隔壁12點多還在洗澡我聽的無比清楚就像在我耳邊一樣 當時想的在大學附近應該還好吧 就選了這一家 真的很煩人 嚴重影響我第二天的心情 服了
