The room is really super, super, super big, and the third floor is the hotel's own restaurant. The beef soup in the breakfast room is particularly delicious. I highly recommend it! The hotel has a great view, the facilities are great, the front desk is very welcoming, and the people are nice. The room is really big, the bed is huge, and it's clean and tidy.

我是沃爾頓的忠實粉絲酒店環境很安靜，房間設施也是很齊全。不管是前台服務還是搞衞生的阿姨，態度都很好。每次見到他們都是臉上帶笑容。給人很親切感覺 交通也跟方便，有停車場。酒店對面就有購物廣場。附近也有夜市。

房間設施挺好的，但是服務各方面不行，門口實習生太多了，辦個入住半天都弄不好，態度也不太行，而且你們討論所謂的內部定價的時候，能不能換個地方呢？就是網上定價跟你們電話協商定價差那麼多的話，那人家定了的人不就很難過嗎？一個大廳都能聽到，他在那裡説內部價格是多少？

房間很大，很乾凈，床非常舒服，非常推薦，不過早餐種類不夠多，國慶期間高峯期吃早餐人太多了點，酒店味道特別好聞，超出預期的酒店，位置也非常棒，對面就是商場，覓食非常方便哦，早餐喜歡米酒雞蛋跟瑞金牛肉湯，還有金錢肚

房間位於兩個商場地方，很方便，去方特去通天巖都有高架橋可以走，很快。房間的床很大適合親子家庭使用，阿姨服務態度非常好，很熱情。冰箱還有免費的飲料，早餐還可以，很豐富，就是假期人太多了，座位也不夠坐，特別不好的是，電梯特別慢，需要等很久。

房間設備設施較老舊，洗手間一直漂着一股尿騷味，浴室門膠條老化嚴重，洗完澡浴室滿地的水~訂了連住兩晚的房間，白天整理衞生後，該補給的東西一樣沒補（包括廁紙，飲用水及冰箱飲品），遊玩回去給前台電話詢問沒補給的原因，回答竟是忘記了，我們一行人共訂了四間房，能夠全都忘記我也是佩服，從來沒給酒店差評，但這個酒店真的對不起這個價位

整體體驗感屬於比較滿意的，優點和缺點都很明顯。
優：
1️⃣衞生做的很不錯👍👍，從地下車庫到電梯🛗到大堂，都可以感受到，沒有臟亂異味，雖然是2017年開的店，但是沒有那種老店的黴味，腐爛味；房間還配了一次性馬桶，這個小點必須點贊👍👍。
2️⃣服務很周到，我們帶了小朋友，洗漱都是大人的，讓酒店給我們送洗漱用品，他還額外給我們送了孩子的拖鞋，這是一個小驚喜，能從客户需求舉一反三，很有用户思維。
不足：
1️⃣電梯🛗很不給你，速度比較慢，和新式電梯速度沒法比，容量也不行，第一次住酒店都感受到了早高峯的體驗，9個人左右，電梯就會報警了。
2️⃣早餐的蒸品供應緊張，2天早餐都沒有等到上菜，放蒸品的地方几乎是一上菜就秒了，供不應求，體驗感很不好。（瑞金米粉好吃😋，泡上油條更加美味）
整體感受非常不錯，希望酒店可以改善不足，越做越好
