前台辦理入住的時候，業務很不熟練，還要理直氣壯，稍微説一下，態度就非常惡劣了；房間剛入住馬桶很臟，換了一個房間，桌面煙缸都沒洗，煙灰也有，很重煙味；房間設施都還可以，主要是當天接待的那個員工，我給0.5分差評，培訓一下吧，怎麼合理的面對客人的需求。

總體不錯，房間很大，設施比較齊全。親子房比較好，床很大。進門有個掛衣架很方便。早餐服務員很熱情，還有贛州小吃。

裝修新，高檔，性價比高，離高速出口近，服務好。當晚訂了兩間房，其中大床房（無窗）免費升級豪華大床房（有窗），點贊，浴缸圓床房剛開始裏面設備的電流聲好大，可能春節工作人員不夠，經過反覆確認溝通，最後換了另一間。另外一個小插曲，當晚消防警報拉響，嚇的拿着手機往步梯沖下樓，幸好是一場虛驚。含的早餐中規中矩。建議再提高一些細節就完美了，比如浴缸要提供一次性塑料套，提供洗衣袋等

半夜裡警報大作，嚇得鞋都來不及穿就沖出房間，酒店裡沒幾個人，而且和我們一樣大都一臉懵逼，然後也沒有多少解釋，然後就沒有然後了！沒把客人當回事，衹是想草草結束當做啥也沒發生這樣的服務水準如何會有回頭客？

新酒店，房間設施都是新的，全新智能化，很安靜，但是可能是酒店偏的原因，入住人極少，早餐的花樣不是很多，但服務人員很熱情。

酒店在贛州經開區，晚上週邊都很安靜，可以好好睡覺。周邊沒有什麼吃飯購物的店，我們是入住後點了外賣。酒店位置離高速口挺近的，大約2公里左右
