是我住過性價比較高的酒店啦！！有窗房尊嘟很舒服就是臨商業街會有點吵白天有店鋪的廣播聲和人的吵鬧聲但是房間風格和圖片一樣總體來説還是很滿意的前台阿姨特別好會給早到一點的選安靜一點的房間下雨天考試去借傘也很乾脆給我了感覺挺温暖的！！但是也有缺點畢竟是百元房衞浴間特別特別小轉身都不方便澡的話我住一晚沒洗不知道浴霸怎麼樣馬桶也有點臟建議自帶一次性墊還有一次性牙刷很難用牙膏根本擠不出來床單看着白凈但是有一點點破洞僅住一晚的話不怎麼影響一定記得買一次性馬桶墊！！馬桶看着尊嘟有點臟其他沒什麼了同等價位還是很不錯的位置很好離贛州三中北校區只有1.3km走路的話15分鐘左右打車五塊左右樓下附近都是商鋪算是在贛縣區的中心位置還是很推薦的算是我住過比較棒的酒店了

環境不是特別好，但是這個價位來説非常值，然後半夜如果有車經過的話會有點吵，浴室廁所門有點不好推，空調製熱效果不是很好
