現代簡約，音樂風格的酒店，酒店大堂的香薰非常好聞，房間大小合適，還有超大飄窗，感覺窗户旁邊都能睡兩個人，最神奇的是早餐有榴蓮千層，太驚喜了，最大的亮點就是前台香薰和榴蓮千層蛋糕！真的愛了。

大家不要住這家酒店！裏面前台、女經理、客房部女員工態度超級差，都説謊話騙人！我剛進來大廳，走錯到香江灣達芬奇店前台處，跟一位女前台用標準普通話説了三遍：在網上訂好了房間，辦理入住！她卻一臉懵逼，很不耐煩又裝聽不懂的樣子！隨後告訴我到旁邊的前台處辦理入住，一位男前台態度超級差，近300塊錢的房間，被安排在電梯口位置，房間門前一堆臟布草！要求換個房間，要求不住電梯口，結果還是給的電梯口的房間，騙人的！最後給升級了房間！入住期間打電話給前台，一女前台態度超級差，還説謊話騙人，説我們顧客説要水果，客房部才送水果！結果每天下午都送水果！在我掛斷電話之前，這位女前台還罵了句臟話！真的太氣人了！在我入住前，向客房部諮詢，結果等了好久還不打過來電話，我打過去時，一位女員工騙我説，之前打了我電話，我沒接！這完全是騙人的！我根本沒接到電話！退房後，我向該店女經理投訴，女經理卻態度超級差，聯合員工一起騙我！給我一段前台和我通話的視頻，結果她女前台罵人的視頻，反而沒有發給我！女經理還故意修改她店系統的通話記錄，謊稱客房部打過我電話！我問了官方客服，衹要打電話過來，我這裏都能查到未接電話！太垃圾了，這位女經理完全沒有職業道德，簡直一黑店！投訴無門！房間衞生差，兩個相同的房型，大小不一，性價比低，根本不值這個錢！
