The room is clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. The hotel provides almost everything you need and allows early check in which is perfect for me to rest a while after a long journey. The hotel is not too far away from major attractions and close to many food stores/grocery shops, it is easy to get quality food around the area. That said, their breakfast buffet offers a good variety of Chinese food, it's definitely good for value and more importantly convenient. Staff are friendly and helpful as always although I'm not sure if communicating in English would be equally easy as the hotel mainly serves local tourists.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and it is an old-fashioned hotel in Ganzhou with relatively high cost performance. The location is superior, it belongs to the center of the old city, it is very convenient to live here if you are doing business in the old city! The air conditioner in the hotel is quite extreme. The room I stayed in a few days ago was very warm. The room I stayed in this time was in a corner, and the air conditioner was not warm. Because I checked in late, I didn't ask the hotel to change the room at that time. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. Overall, the experience of staying in the hotel is still very good.

來贛州之前在網上選了好久，最終選定山水大廈酒店，果然沒讓我失望，酒店位於老城區市中心，周圍酒店都在兩公里之內，出行方便，雖然是老酒店但設施設備齊全，衞生環境乾淨舒適，最感人的是服務尤其是管家雲朵，提前打電話加微信發來旅遊攻略和酒店停車位，到店後又仔細認真的講解了旅遊路線及周圍特色美食，隨時回覆我們提出的問題及時解決問題，酒店做衞生大姐也是笑臉相迎，不僅幫忙洗好衣服還烘乾送回房間，真的讓人很感動😹，有機會去贛州還住山水大廈酒店，強烈推薦給大家，真實的體驗感受！

酒店位置不錯，交通也方便，離各個景點、小吃街、商場都很近。停車場的車位充足。 服務也很用心,早餐種類也非常豐富,是一個值得入住的酒店。 設施：房間設施齊全。 衞生：整潔無異味。 服務：貼心，安排細緻。有賓至如歸的感覺。 強推。

酒店離文廟、魏家大院很近，離古城牆和浮橋稍微遠點，有一公里多，附近好吃的不少，對面衚衕裏很多。設施稍顯老久，前台小妹妹服務很好，提前電話和登記都笑臉相迎，早餐中規中矩，在贛州應該算不錯。沒拍房間照片，就貼點景點吧😀😀😀

我帶小兒親子游。房間很乾凈，床是2.5米的，軟硬合適。剛入住時，窗户是打開的，空氣清新，甚合我心。酒店還貼心地提供了夜宵，有皮蛋瘦肉粥和紅薯大米粥兩種。味道都不錯。我很少寫評論，但這次我覺得必須寫一下，好東西要讓大家知道。

在酒店如林的城市中，最終選定了山水大廈酒店，事實證明確實選擇正確。酒店位於老城區中心地段，位置優越、交通和停車方便，酒店設施齊全、客房衞生乾淨，各崗位員工服務熱情、素質較強，特別是管家雲朵小姐姐，及時打電話加微信發來旅遊攻略和酒店停車場位置。我們到店後又熱情介紹酒店特色服務項目及周邊景點美食情況，及時回覆和解決我們碰到的問題，充分展示了酒店管理的規範和員工素質，以後有機會還會入住山水大廈酒店。

酒店位置在贛州新、老城的交界處，交通方便、四通八達。前台接待熱情、周到，整體服務很好，特別是一對一的管家服務很到位。餐廳早餐也算豐盛、隨缺隨補、味道不錯。酒店設施雖然老舊，但衞生還是不錯的，性價比也比較高，值得打卡。

在贛州山水大廈酒店住宿的2晚，體驗感非常好，酒店免費給我們升級了房間，房間安靜，整潔。特別表揚管家郭琪熱情，貼心，把我們照顧到無微不至，賓至如家。山水大肉包好吃到要打包帶回家，下次來贛州會再次選擇山水大廈。

今年已經是第三次來贛州，入住山水大廈仍然是我不二的選擇。前台工作人員依舊熱情接待，特別是雲朵私人管家，服務細緻入微。房間保潔阿姨禮貌大方。房間衞生乾淨整潔，床上枕頭被單乾爽舒適，一覺睡到自然醒。晚上遊玩回到大堂，前台接待已經準備好了皮蛋瘦肉粥和番薯粥。😊贊一個👍🏻

酒店的設施齊全，有免費的洗衣房和停車場，交通也方便，旁邊就是知名的景點鬱孤台。工作人員服務熱情態度很好，特別是有管家服務，琪琪管家很貼心，消息回覆及時，會盡量的滿足客人需求，總體來説體驗感很好，下次到贛州有機會還會選擇！
