春節假期的贛州之行選擇全季，原本期待標準化體驗，但實際入住感受與品牌印象略有落差。以下從幾處細節分享真實體驗：
酒店雖冠名“萬象城店”，實際距離贛州萬象城約3公里，步行不便且需額外付款15元車程費。
入住房間衞生間呈非常規斜角設計，開門後馬桶正對淋浴區，空間侷促且動線混亂。洗手枱與馬桶間距不足30釐米，洗漱時膝蓋易磕碰牆體。最令人困惑的是，洗手盆邊未配置紙巾盒，經多番尋找竟發現捲紙安置在離洗手枱最遠的床頭櫃上，使用極其不便。
電梯廳及走廊持續瀰漫類似返水味的異味，房間內空調開啟制熱模式後散發淡淡黴味，最終被迫整晚開窗通風。浴室地漏排水緩慢，淋浴時積水漫過腳面，推測管道系統需徹底檢修。
除上述硬件問題外，昨天晚間回到酒店，竟然見一樓大堂前台服務員在打鬧嬉戲，大煞風景！
作為中端商旅酒店，全季素以“適度自然”理念受青睞，但此次入住暴露出的空間規劃缺陷與基礎維護疏漏，讓“適度”變成了“將就”。建議酒店優化客房佈局設計，加強通風系統清潔，同時調整對外宣傳中的地理位置描述，避免誤導性命名影響客源體驗。

房間、裝修、位置、客服都挺好的，停車位也能滿足要求，地下車庫和地面都可停車，最滿意的當然是標配的LG洗烘套裝，有點不適應的依然是標配的羽絨被。

全季果然從來沒有讓人失望，一落地贛州到達酒店，從辦理入住開始就非常讓人心情愉悦，前台小姐姐耐心的服務，温柔的問候，瞬間讓我橫掃舟車勞頓的一身疲憊，地理位置優越，去哪裡都很方便，早餐也很豐盛。給前台小芸強烈點贊，就三個字非常好，下次來贛州還會選擇這家全季。
