服務非常好，居住期間收到兩張手寫卡片，還有給小朋友的小禮物，早餐也很有贛州特色，還有免費游泳池。

近十年來，每次回贛州基本上都是住這家酒店，即使是三年疫情期間也住過，我住得較滿意，有一種回家的感覺。但是這次住店，酒店給了一間最低樓層的房間，窗外就是一堵牆，什麼也看不到，陽光也照不進來，房間裏顯得陰暗潮濕；房子電話也是壞的；晚上睡覺時蚊子就在你耳邊嗡嗡的響；每到飯點時回酒店，總是沒有停車位。但是這次的房費可是比平時多了一倍，所以説，商家眼裡衹有錢，真是令人失望！

去年國慶來贛州住隔壁的山水大廈，當時路過贛甸就想着下次來住這，今年五一節如願了。門面比山水大廈氣派，第一天入住給了一大籃5種水果。最滿意的是它的早餐，中式、西式都有很豐富，居然有我最愛的美式黑咖啡和沙拉，以及精緻的甜品。步步高商場就在旁邊，過山水再往前走右轉那條路上有不少吃的地方。很滿意這次入住的體驗，下次來還住這裏
