The hotel is a pretty decent place. Small room, but clean. Ac worked well. Bathroom clean, hot water was available. The hotel had a car parking space. The staff was cordial. From the room we were given, there was a lot of noise from outside till late night, but that was manageable. The place is at a walkable distance from the temple. Nothing to complain about the hotel in particular. The only point of discontent is the stay was not worth 2600 rs i paid for a night ( without breakfast. Sorry, but no sorry. You may find similar (maybe better) place nearby a lot cheaper.

It's a decent stay for one night. Yogesh helped us in getting the necessary requirements. The best is that it is right across the Ganpatipule temple and saves your time. You can just walk down to the temple from this location. Plus the market is around and it's great.

PRIME LOCATION & CENTRE POINT NEAR TO PRACHIN KONKAN, MAGIC GARDEN, BEACH, TAXI STAND AND GANPATI TEMPLE. NEAT & CLEAN ROOMS WITH GALLARY. HOTEL OWNER AND HIS BOTH SONS ARE VERY CO-OPERATIVE AND HELPFUL HAVING POLITE STAFF. ALWAYS LIVE ATMOSPHERE & GREEN SURROUNDING. ENJOYED BEAUTY OF NATURE WHILE STAY ESPECIALLY IN EARLY MORNING, DAY START WITH BIRDS SWEET VOICE (KALRAV).

On the 3rd day, there were power cut for the whole day. They used gensets for backup but without ac. Only fans in all rooms. We paid for ac room charge but had to stay put in with no ac for one night.

We called the property manager mr. Ganesh at @ 3 pm on 9th of september to inform that we would checking late at @ 8 pm. To our surprise, we came to know that mm t has nit informed them regarding our booking. But he immediately informed his caretaker team. Since they didn't know about our booking details, independent cottage was not kept ready and we were allotted deluxe ac room. Service of housekeeping and kitchen staff was simply great. Property is also well maintained. We had booking for 1 night with dinner and breakfast. Food was also very tasty. Mmt should improve communication system to avoid last minute confusions at the time of check in.

Useful for temple visit. Situated 7-8 min. Walk from ganesh temple. Beside MTDC resort compound. They offer parking. We stayed just for few hours for bath and afternoon nap. So owner offered less tarrif. Owner mr. Dinesh Bapat and his staff is very helpful. Mr. Bapat informed to priests in temple and reserved abhishek puja for us as we were getting delayed. Abhishek puja closes at 11 am sharp. Rooms were good, toilets were clean and they switch on centralised wood fire water heater for hot water. Hotel has restaurant but was closed due to off season. Other restaurant beside this hotel owned by BAPAT family also offer very good, tasty and home-like veg. Food. Overall will recommend this place for religious visit.
