賓館一出電梯就一股廁所味，好像穿了一年的襪子加新鮮出爐的屎味，想着忍一下就進屋了，一開門可好，比麻將館煙味都大，我和孩子進屋十多分鐘就開始不舒服，頭痛惡心，床上有小毛毛，就這樣吧，服務態度也不好、很失望、大家都看看吧

推薦入住。住宿813感覺如下。
一，房間規整，裝修及硬件配置，在某庭，某林豪泰，某江之星等等的全國快捷連鎖之上。
二，睡覺肅靜。臨街有廣場舞，睡覺時，早已銷聲匿跡。
三，有電梯，並且很寬敞。有專用停車場。原先網上預訂的是其他家，也在附近，停車太難，轉了好幾圈。房間還不行，退訂了。
四，服務有温度。前台小姑娘，業務精煉，對房客要求的響應迅速有效。另外一位男性服務人員，在大堂禮貌簡潔地回答我關於停車的問題，在我停車時意外遇見，他主動打招呼。這兩位職工，是甘南賓館的財富。

有酒店專用停車場、不要猶豫進去、不花錢、哈哈😄東西太便宜了……住的也便宜、實現便宜竟然還有一次性用品、質量也好、一次性拖鞋、酒店有早餐、但是我們起的太晚出去吃了

乾淨衞生性價比高，隔音也不錯，美中不足兩次都只有邊房，前台姐妹也貼心的告知 怕冷房間配了加熱器，連續住了幾天，下次還來。

甘南賓館我覺得環境衞生和管理要超過君悦酒店，住了兩天，甘南賓館一天，君悦賓館一天，環境衞生和管理都不錯，不過空調製冷效果不好，應該修一修了，我住的你們應該能查到，其他的都覺得很滿意。照片沒拍，沒想評價，今天起早了，就説兩句
