和朋友兩個人訂了兩間房，晚上入住後發現衞生間沒有熱水洗澡，問前台説要找老闆，老闆不在所以沒辦法解決，然後讓我們克服一下，實在不行洗澡的時候把空調開高一點。最後又説不行就退20塊一間房，我們沒有接受這個方案。隨後衹能出去找地方先吃飯，回來後一個男性坐在前台也沒有告訴我們任何進展，自己回房間發現有熱水了。
整件事就是讓我們克服，隨後雖然最後解決了，但是沒有及時跟我們溝通，也沒有再和我們説過抱歉之類的話。我衹能説服務意識還有待提高。
房間設施不像2020年裝修的，看着很老舊，房間裏的礦泉水還是有償提供，現在也算比較少見的做法。

這裏挺便宜的，但是有幾點非常不滿意，首先是停車場遠不方便。其次，晚上特別吵，不隔音，樓上茶樓打完牌打掃拖凳子，外面聲音特別大，不好！

根本不值這個價，空調聲音很大，還不能靜音，直接對着頭吹，無語！房間一點不隔音，窗户更是，很吵，門的反鎖還是壞的，無線網也是差的，幾分鐘然後就沒網一直都要重新連接，酒店環境衞生也是偏差的，電梯裏面比較臟，衞生間裏面居然還有女性的裸圖很大一張，很驚訝😦，連一次性拖鞋都沒有

同事出差幫忙訂的。預計兩天，付了兩天的房費。因為工作原因第2天提前就收工，晚了兩三個小時退房，老闆扣了一半的費用。
同事説衞生環境一般吧。

價格偏貴，這種價格能住非常不錯的酒店了，酒店整體感覺根本匹配不上這種價格。停車不方便，停車場在對面小區，人流量也大，臨走時沒有停車票，必須車出來以後才能去酒店報銷停車費用，關鍵是酒店門口都沒辦法停車，很容易導致違停被拍，已經上過一次當了在也不想去這個地方
