Over two months late in refunding me money for a canceled room despite acknowledging they owe me this money. They have provided no reason for the delay, and at this point they are obviously trying to con me out of it. Please avoid, they are dishonest.

Highly recommended! It is very cozy and lovely arranged hotel with friendly and polite staff. It is super clean. Every dishes was very tasty, you should take full board safely. There are a lot of possibility almost for every kind of celebration. I enjoyed karaoke, spa and of course, amazing views of mountains.

we had a perfect weekend, the staff members were extremely nice , the room feels like a cabin and so cozy, the view from the hotel are super! it's nearby for the ski elevator, so perfect for that you came for skiing, i love the location ❤️highly recommended

Location was nice. Nice and cozy hotel. Good environment, with excellent staff and team. A chef with delicious dishes. Clean rooms and beautiful views. Ski depot, good transportation service. It is a very friendly environment. I recommend staying here.

Location was nice, restaurants and supermarket was within walking distance. Hotel is managed by a nice family , the lady is generous, hospitable and very sweet. The view from the room was also very beautiful and the balcony was spacious enough to sit and enjoy the view.

Nice and cozy hotel with amazing views of the mountains. The family room is big. Extremely hospitable hosts who make sure you have a comfortable stay. They had the most amazing made to order breakfast. The break room with pool table, piano and rustic furniture is a treat.

The place was beautiful as its surrounding was completely covered in snow. For people who wish to stay amidst snow, this place would be highly recommended. There’s Spar (shop) close to the hotel. The breakfast provided was limited (in terms of no.of items) but the quality and the gate was good.

UNACCEPTABLE. Don’t waste your money! I wouldn’t come back if they paid me. First we paid for the airport transfer, the driver was late. One of the seatbelts in the van didn’t work. My father had to ride without a seatbelt. We drove through snow. The windshield wipers also didn’t work. Water frozen to the windscreen in sheets of ice making it very difficult to see. By some miracle, we made it alive. We get to our room (it is February with freezing temperatures outside) and our room is very cold. The radiator was barely warm, but not hot and we could not turn it up. I went to the front desk to ask to swap rooms or for them to check the radiator. Despite asking MULTIPLE TIMES for someone to check our room or for us to switch rooms, we were offered an extra blanket. DO NOT STAY HERE! There are plenty of other options. Anything with working heat is better than this garbage.
