辦入住服務特別好，下車很累入住辦的很早，我定的房型還沒退給我升級了房間免費的，退房還給了兩瓶水，又乾淨服務又好，以後出差一定住，旁邊就是夜市也是前台推薦的，真的很負責任的一家酒店

自駕遊考慮停車問題比較多，這家店有獨立停車場還是蠻好的，前台小姐姐服務很熱情，人也都很漂亮，也不知道啥原因紫外線這麼強都不曬黑，房間品質不錯很乾凈，客房阿姨都會主動問候，酒店周邊博物館可以去參觀，後面也有夜宵市場很熱鬧，開到凌晨7點，基本都是本地人消費為止，最後走的時候還送了幾瓶水，值得表揚。

設施：還比較新，整體入住還是可以的
衞生：整體可以，不過還有待改進，衞生間發現一衹小蟲子
環境：附近都還可以，吃飯什麼的，樓下就是小吃街
服務：也就是服務員的服務很不錯，這個給滿分。

1.兩個房間電視都看不了，找了人上來修也沒修好。
2.小夜燈晚上關不掉影響睡眠
3.有一瓶一升的礦泉水上面並沒有標明要收費，結果退房的時候要求付費8元，錢付了但是跟前台服務人員溝通時候態度不太好。

因為趕去天水市時間晚了些，就在離天水市近的甘谷縣城住宿了，看到麗楓酒店的網評不錯就選擇了，果然很好，前台的小姐姐們非常的漂亮和友好，而且酒店位置也很好，離夜市很近，吃了很好吃的天水麻辣燙！值得推薦和選擇！客房部在離店後發現有東西落下也很負責任的打電話告知！點贊

酒店房間很大，兩個孩子都有了看書的地方，服務熱情也很及時，樓下不遠處就是市場，可以買水果吃夜市，甘谷美食很多，辣子看着很多，其實並不辣，大家吃了都很滿意。
