好久沒有住過礦泉水都要收錢的酒店了，給個好評，一瓶3塊很便宜。適合鼻塞患者入住，普通人入住的話你可能得把鼻子堵上。前台服務很棒，我們好像欠了她800萬，但是她沒開口跟我們要，應該不用還了。房間燈光啊空調啥的，應該都很值錢，八成是博物館的古董👍🏻，好久沒住過讓人這麼印象深刻的酒店了，好👍🏻

房間沒進去，在前台剛做了個登記，然後不想住了，在平台做了取消，結果服務員當著我的麪在電腦上拒絕了取消，連續三次拒絕，就感覺很搞笑，然後給老闆打電話，結果老闆一分錢不退，最後房子也沒住，錢也沒退，速8連鎖的招牌真差，妥妥的黑店，希望大家定房的時候不要踩坑，真的是想錢想瘋了

房間跟冰窖一樣冷，空調開了一夜，一點温度都沒有，全靠電熱毯取暖，服務態度也不好！嚴重懷疑不是速8的連鎖酒店

房間衞生間氣味熏天，地面積水無法清除，沒有提供免費的兩瓶飲用純凈水，沒有提供蚊香，一旦訂購無法取消，一個全國聞名的速8連鎖店怎麼會在甘谷縣城運作成如此情況？

霸王條款，在線付款的。確實有提示。住這麼多旅店，酒店。萬萬沒想到還有這種操作！衹能怪自己瞎了！也給大家買個教訓。不服的就是我本地的同款酒店，是可以退的嘛。（當天退扣百分之二十，提前一天可以全款）確實有事不能到達的，人家酒店是不會支持退款的。注意安全住店的朋友們。在線付款兩天。一天沒住。一天也沒退！差評是我對這個條款的不滿。其他的我沒住過也不懂！
