從酒店開業至今，每次都出差，或者朋友過來都會來這裏住，本人對酒店環境衞生服務這些也是非常挑剔的，但金成大酒店確實入住體驗感非常好，衞生乾淨，服務專業，尤其是前台小姐姐不是好，是非常非常好，在縣城有這樣的服務真的是非常值得表揚去，信奈和推薦的，酒店停車也是免費的，吃完飯院子裏有小涼亭，可以轉轉，涼亭旁邊小花園的花也是開的非常鮮艷漂亮，旁邊還有兩個小公園，可以去轉轉，跳跳廣場舞也是不錯的，交通也非常便利，後期還會一如既往的支持和選擇這裏

設施：設施挺新。外部環境和內部設施都好的很，周圍環境安靜，高大上，在濱河路邊上，飯後散步環境適宜！設施新的，用起來放心，床鋪軟和，睡的好美！
衞生：房間收拾的乾淨，床單被套整潔乾淨！前台和食堂都很乾凈！
環境：環境優美，周圍沒有住户，衹有兩家酒店離的不遠，還是很美好的！
服務：最值得説的就是酒店服務，好的很呢！前台美女熱情服務，尤其是我在網上定的，來了之後給升了級，而且看是長者送了餐劵，真的貼心，不是因為佔便宜，而是得到了像家一樣温暖的照顧和理解！！謝謝啦！下次來就這家了，感謝前台美女，商家有你們這樣的員工，絕對槓槓滴👍👍👍必定財源滾滾🥳🥳🥳

一到酒店,前台工作人員熱情的態度就讓我好感 倍增,辦理入住迅速又高效,還貼心地介紹了酒 店的各項服務。酒店的服務規範到位、熱情周到,前台,禮貌待客、酒店有停車位,不過高峯時間段車位緊俏,
這次的入住體驗無可挑剔,下次來天水, 肯定還選甘谷這兒，性價比比天水的酒店高，房間寬敞清潔、大窗外面開闊，給人留下了深刻印象。周邊不遠處餐飲小吃眾多,還有網紅麻辣燙。
總體非常滿意!
