The place is very good far from the hustle and bustle of the main town, all the facilities are available beyond our expectations as we thought may be there will be limitedas compared to the main town. The rooms are very cozy though we checked in one of the most cold days. Food, specially breakfast was very good. Damona and Hema, thank you for your hospitality.

An excellent hotel for stay if traveling with family. Though the hotel is out of main city and approach roads is under construction and in bad state but once after reaching the hotel, the beautiful view of Gangtok city and the night lights from hotel rooms is worth the moolah. The restaurant provides excellent tasty food including the breakfast and dinner. Their breakfast spread is good. We were well served by Shivam, Hemant and Hema. Due to cold weather could not utilize the pool facilities. They have cycles on rent if want to use for small distance. Overall a good stay and can recommend if traveling with family and if ok to stay away from city centre

This place is very well located on the mountain.we can see the gangtok city from the room window. This view is spectacular especially at nights when the lights are lit on the hills. It looks like twinkling stars in the sky. The food is very good. The staff and their service is very good. The room service of Narim also was very appreciable. A definate place to go.

We had a wonderful experience here in the hotel. The check-in was smooth, warm welcome. The staff's hospitality was great especially Domuna & Hema at breakfast. The view is amazing. All services were provided with ease. Hoping to visit again soon👍🏻

Very nice experience good hotel and Service is good. And food is also. Great. The room was AMAZING and clean ..Food are really taste good Hotel ambiance is really beautiful ♥️. The staff named Muss Domuna and Gyandra are really hard working staff .They are always ready to serve you .They are so welcoming.Thanks Treenz for great hospitality and service.
