The best property in gangtok, service 10/10, food 10/10. Highly recommended.

It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food. Personally I would not stay here again.

Beautiful heritage property where you can find mini Sikkim inside the property . Good food and submissive people in giving service . Many thanks to Sandeep and Rinku for electric car ride in the morning and evening . Many thanks to Renuka an and Anoop at the dinning area fo helping us with good food. Thanks to Rashi and Girish too at reception .

It's was fabulous stay here. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay..and Ojaswi she's so helpful and cooperative... The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable... We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.... Loved the convenient location close to major attractions...

A group of three senior citizens couples, we had a wonderful stay In a serene environment with specious rooms and toilets well equipped with all the enemies and equally well maintained by a very cooperative housekeeping staff. The breakfast and dinner spread was very sumptuous with Indian as well as continental dishes and deserts, equally well served by staff in the best professional manner. It does need mentioning for outstanding services rendered by the floor serving team supervised and assisted particularly by Ms. Renuka Khetri and Arup. The property has not only a ****** but even a pan shop! But the icing on the top is a replica of Shri Pashupati Nath Temple of Kathmandu with Shiva linagam and idols of Ganesha on one side and Buddha on the opposite side. Really a great and satisfactory experience!

Memorable stay in a serene environment. Enjoyed a lot. Staffs are always helpful with smile. Highly recommended. From health club to swimming pool, ******, play area with four restaurants everything is available. Whenever I will come to Gangtok, I will defined stay here.
