It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

Mayfair has a Lovely property at gangtok, we family of 4 enjoyed our 3nights stay at gangtok mayfair. The rooms are very nice spacious and the property has a very good library and children's play area. We enjoyed our badminton and indoor table tennis after our day long tour. Food spread and sweets were awesome on the buffet. Having opted a MAP we enjoyed meals and breakfast at property. Mr.Arindam and staff were very nice and best at their work. Chef prepared us few local dishes on our request. Cheers ! Rate this property 10/10 . Kartick v bhat & family ,Bangalore.

Its very Amazing place for stay. Its in middle of lap of nature, we can see all natural beauty around it.It has all facilities which every one needs. Staff behaviour is very gentle and cordial. Food served during stay is also very nice. Swimming pool facility is also available.

What to say about Resort, no words can be enough to explain the beauty and service of the place, one must go there to experience the same. The staff was humble and polite, service was excellent. The staff especially Renuka and Abhijeet were polite and thank for the yummy pancake. Do Do do visit the place.

Exceptional property with super courteous team. Do not miss out the SPA Session with Sonia and Sukhmaya. Followed by Sauna and steam, rejuvenates after navigating the long day..top it up with a pooja of Pashupati nath replica morning and evening for some religious touch.cheers to the team of Mayfair Gangtok. You have earned a permanent guest..
