It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food.
Personally I would not stay here again.

All i can say is, this has been one of the best places in India to visit and stay so far!! The hospitality, people, cleanliness, good was all top notch and we just had an amazing time with my entire family. The break from the heat made Gangtok visit a wonderful experience.Thanks Team!!

Beautiful heritage property where you can find mini Sikkim inside the property . Good food and submissive people in giving service . Many thanks to Sandeep and Rinku for electric car ride in the morning and evening . Many thanks to Renuka an and Anoop at the dinning area fo helping us with good food. Thanks to Rashi and Girish too at reception .

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, and the facilities were luxurious and well-maintained. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a seamless and memorable experience.

It's was fabulous stay here. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay..and Ojaswi she's so helpful and cooperative... The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable... We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.... Loved the convenient location close to major attractions...

Excellent vibrant and full of life resort. We had most comfortable stay with best hospitality. Entire resort decked up beautifully, filled with positive energy. Range of food at buffet spread is really nice. Everyone in team is welcoming and proactive to serve. Would love to come back.
