Hotel Mmr Manor MG Marg

Lift Issues: The lift was malfunctioning throughout my stay, causing major inconvenience. It was never repaired. Poor Hospitality: The overall hospitality was extremely lacking. Staff were rude and unprofessional. The staff, particularly two individuals—Partha and Anita Rai—were extremely rude and unprofessional. Partha, whose contact number is listed on the hotel’s website, gave me promises that turned out to be completely false. He is a fraud, and you cannot rely on any of his words or assurances. Anita Rai, on the other hand, was downright disrespectful. Her behavior was unbecoming of someone working in hospitality. Instead of offering assistance, she was dismissive and rude. There was absolutely no effort to make guests feel welcomed or comfortable. Lack of Training: The hotel staff clearly lacks proper training in hospitality and customer service. Conclusion: I would not recommend this hotel. The proprietor should focus on teaching their staff proper hospitality before taking any more bookings. At the end the positive side of the hotels is Only the Location and the rooms

I had booked my room on a travel portal. I was initially sceptical as I was bringing my wife and 4-year-old child. I was ready to change the hotel had I not liked the room after checking in. But to my surprise, I was happy with the room size, washroom and the furniture. The staff was super friendly and reliable as well. I left the room key at the reception when I stepped out. I would recommend this hotel to my acquaintances.

Very good location, has a fantastic view of both mountains and MG Marg. M G Marg is just one minute walk. Very easy to book from website. Tariff is very reasonable. Food is delicious. Staffs are very helpful and courteous. We liked our stay. Accessible by car, you can park right in front of reception counter, which is not possible in many of the hotels near M G Marg. They have car service also for sight seeing.

Restaurant and room service are very pathetic. Hotel location is good. Lift is not working. Restaurant staff behavior is not good. After taking order for dinner they have refused to service in room. After a lot of discussion at last they had delivered it on 11.00PM.

I stayed in this hotel many times, but day by day this hotel services & facilities are going downward. I don't think will going to stay here in future.

Location was good but hospitality was bad if some obe looking for best location thn go for it if hospitality thn choose other
