Pillow was fine. It was comfortable. Service was very good. Rooms was quite. Cleaning was good. Check in was very easy. The girl who was working on count was very good. restaurants manager Ankit was so good can't complain. Food was okay. People who works in restaurants was so good can't complain

We have stayed Sterling hotel gangtok It was really a amazing time we have spent here. The room has a great view. The food is delicious. From restaurant views was amazing specially thanks to Mr Ankit and his all entire teams for giving us good service.

Nice stay with peaceful with supportive staff. Hotel was very clean and cooperative staff . We have taken a buffet food. Staff Mr. Ankit was very friendly and suggested us the best South Indian delicious food. Food was very taste and good. Referring to take buffet food for varieties.

The staff were really great at the hotel. My father needed wheelchair assistance and they were very helpful. Most of the places in the hotel were disability friendly, and the staff did a great job assisting in the remaining places Swarup in the restaurant was very welcoming and took care of all our needs.

Very polite staff,prompt service, good quality food, hygiene is maintained and good infrastructure as well. Was very much impressed by politeness and help of one of the staff Sandesh N. Also the housekeeping staff was excellent, the required necessities were provided within 5 minutes of the call. I strongly recommend this resort to everyone.

Situated at a calm location on the main road with spacious parking and very courteous hotel staffs. Hotel ambience was good, served variety of tasty and delicious food. Room was also very spacious with king size bed. Swarup Roy and Ankit Pandey both were exceptional in taking care of the guests. Overall a very good experience.

Had a very pleasant stay and great experience of restaurant staff service especially by Mr. Sandesh, Mr. Ankit and Mr. Pramod. All of them are really cooperative and good natured. Would love to visit here again. Thanks for such a great service.
