I reached today at the hotel and found that staff of Fern Denzong is very supportive and good at service. Rooms are clean. Front office and house keeping team is very humble and good at their work. Specially I want to praise Kartika, Ajeeta and Anusha. Washroom is clean

My experience was positive, and the location was ideal. The hotel service was excellent. However, one aspect was unsatisfactory: the room lacked heaters and instead had noisy heat blowers, which were quite bothersome. The breakfast was enjoyable, and overall, my experience was satisfactory.

Very good hospitality. One of the best places to stay with a great staff who are always ready to help. Very comfortable stay with clean rooms and hygienic too. Their in house bakery is also awesome with some yummy items. Overall a wonderful experience and will definitely check in the next time we are in gangtok... Special thanks to narayan, laxman, kiran, ravi, sudeep, manita, simon and radhika ... Their service was impeccable 😃

Wonderful stay experience at The Fern. The staff is extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. It really meets the expectations of the 4 star hotel. I would highly recommend staying here. Rishika,Anusha and bimal are some great staff members who helped made this stay memorable. Thanks.

We visited The Fern Denzong hotel gangtok ….We had a pleasant stay there Mr.Pravesh of house keeping was very friendly and polite and gave us very good service .Front Office staff were also very friendly and helpful Mr.Bikash was very good Excellent stay thanks you
