We stayed there whole night without electricity. The fan, telephone, wifi nothing was working. The water was so cold and we were not able to take bath. It was a terrible experience. It was not worth for the money we paid.

This is one great property at a really reasonable price. The infrastructure is to notch and staffs are very professional and go out of their way to make it a great experience for you. The added bonus is the delicious food they serve. Must visit if you are coming to gangtok

Very nice, comfortable stay. Large n spacious room. Owing to few guests at that time they didn't offer buffet breakfast but the food items served otherwise were extremely tasty. Service was very good, they'd promptly turn up n help with the asks.

Hotel is ok. Room size is good. Worst behaviour of employees, specially front desk manager Mr.Rajesh. It's an harrassment to guest. They don't give water. They have restaurant but closed. They don't provide or help to get transport. Very rude behaviour of owner as well. They give cash memo, when asked for GST bill they threaten the guest. Hotel is too far from MG road. No view from the hotel. If you want to waste your money, time and energy then only opt.
