The hotel staff was very hospitable and easy to interact with. They made the stay very comfortable. The best although were the food services. They provided us with all kind of delicacies and served food with at most love. Overall I enjoyed the stay .

Nice hospitality very cooperative and prompt staff particularly Mr Prashant Ms Pabitra. Hotel is located in the heart of Gangtok with nearby exclusive store and food joints. Overall very good experience. Easily accessible fro all sides.

One of the best 3 star hotels I have visited great view ,eco-friendly environment most suitable location all the staff members were very friendly nd very helpful overall everything is ***aged perfectly Receptionist Mr.Prashant was very helpful, food was good I would like to recommend this hotel to up coming travelers...

The support staff, hygiene and ambience was very good. The food here was excellent. The staff was very prompt in their service and always willing to honour our requests. The location of the hotel is also good as it is walkable distance from MG Marg. Thanks to Pabitra and Ramesh.

Excellent stay with beutiful view at Gangtok.. Rooms are maintained neatly. Very near to MG road and Gangtok market. Breakfast provided was so good. All staff were very supportive especially front desk staff Ms. Pavithras.. Thank you team Sikkim Continental!!
